What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing:
- This property is centrally located in downtown Edmonton, as such the City noises tend to be a noisier here due to the hustle and bustle!

This stunning condo comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen size bed in the master bedroom with attached ensure and a second queen size bed in the room next to the main living area! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has two full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!


Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, take a quick stroll or jump in your car/take an Uber to catch an Oiler's game or concert at Roger's Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts located downtown Edmonton!

Rossdale is a charming and historic neighborhood located in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta. The neighborhood is situated just a short walk from the downtown core, making it the perfect location for those looking to explore all that the city has to offer. The Muttart Conservatory, one of Edmonton's most popular attractions, is also just a stone's throw away from the neighborhood.

The property is also close to the beautiful River Valley, where guests can enjoy hiking and biking trails, as well as picnics and outdoor recreation. The neighborhood also boasts a variety of unique local shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it the perfect place to experience the best of Edmonton's culture and community.


Getting around
Getting around Rossdale and Edmonton is easy and convenient, making it the perfect location for those who want to explore the city. The neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of the city by public transportation, with several bus routes running through the area. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away from the property, providing easy access to the downtown core, the Muttart Conservatory, and other popular attractions.

For those who prefer to drive, the property has easy access to major roads and highways, making it easy to get around the city by car. Additionally, Edmonton has a bike-sharing program, which offers a convenient and eco-friendly way to get around the city. Bikes are available for rent at multiple locations throughout the neighborhood.

Also, The Light Rail Transit (LRT) is a great way to get around the city, with a station just a short walk away from the property. It connects to many major destinations, such as the University of Alberta and West Edmonton Mall, and runs frequently throughout the day, making it a convenient and reliable way to get around the city.

*Please note* - The outdoor doors lock at 9 PM MST and our initial Check-In window is between 4 pm - 8 pm MST. Once the doors have locked, you will need to wait outside until someone from the building leaves in order to enter yourself.

*Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

* Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.

We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests' book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.

Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.
