Great location

Super cute older home with lots of room. The 4 of us were all comfortable. Quick Uber rides to downtown. There is a vacant dilapidated house next door, more of an eye sore, but otherwise a nice neighborhood with beautiful homes.

Rented for concert downtown and seemed reasonable and looked nice. Was only for the overnight to sleep and would have paid a lot more for rooms for the number in party. It served its purpose but area looked concerning based on maintenance of houses around. House next door was boarded up. But ultimately, it was not as bad as seemed and inside was as nice as pictures.

Depends on what you are looking for.

Good communication, easy check in and out. No TV, No Washer/Dryer, no soap for showers and other bathroom needs, Master Bathroom doesn’t work. Not dirty but not clean - again depends on what you are looking for. We were 3 Guys in town for a football game, place worked for us because we only needed a place to sleep and shower.

Modern Spacious House that Fit Our Needs

It was a nicely decorated, clean, spacious house with plenty of room. Lots of fully remodeled bathrooms & a modern kitchen. Great for Large families. Easy to follow instructions to enter the property & the host was communicative. There were some minor issues but nothing major. Me personally would suggest some better security around the property. Overall a great experience and I would rent it again. Plus it's great for large families.

overall a very meh experience

i was excited about my stay but unfortunately it was rather disappointing. Right next door is a condemned building. The furniture looked cheap and not terribly clean (i didn't want to sit on the couch or armchairs ijs). In general it just didn't live up to the impression the pictures gave. Wouldn't stay there again.

Dirty & no tvs

Not one tv in the whole house. The furniture needs to be cleaned. Stains on almost every couch & chair. Beds are very low to the ground. Abandon house next door. But customer service was great. They understood and refunded our stay.

RENTER BEWARE

This property is NOT as advertised. The condition of the overall property is poor. The furnishings are not as shown in the photos and the furnishings in place are terribly stained and worn. The ceiling was peeling and dropping in the floor, the curtains were stained, one bathroom was inoperable, there were remains of personal belongings in the third bathroom and the door to that room barely worked. And don't go in the basement or back yard. The exterior was in poor shape as well and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. We were there less than one hour, put our bags back in our vehicle and left to find a hotel. Despite our multiple requests for full or even partial refund for MISREPRESENTATION this owner refused, and VRBO has done nothing about it either. DON'T STAY HERE.

This property has potential, but needs serious attention.

I contacted the owner regarding the recent negative reviews about the property and received a “canned” response that didn’t address any of the specific issues. Then I was notified that the master bathroom was out of order the day before we arrived. No offer to give a discount. The hot water went out completely on the last day we were there. There was no coffee maker so I purchased a 12-cup coffee maker for $20 and left it at the house. You’re welcome. There’s no icemaker in the refrigerator and no ice trays to make ice. The mattresses on the beds are lumpy, especially the bed on the first floor, it caves in in the middle of the bed. There were only two plates in the kitchen. None of the bedside lamps in one of the upstairs bedrooms worked. There were no coat hangers in any of the closets. Soap dispensers in the showers were empty and were not put together properly. The hot and cold faucets in one of the upstairs bathrooms is reversed. There was a security system, but we did not have the security code to arm it at night. The house next-door is abandoned and boarded up. There’s more problems with this place. The owner needs to stay in the house for a few days to get a clear understanding of the problems with this house.
