Meet us at the lighthouse condo by the beach. The Lighthouse features one bedroom plus 2 bunk beds in the hall leading to the nice and bright kitchen, living and dining area with water views! Sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the light ocean breeze and the soothing sound of the waves while sitting on the balcony or taking a walk on the beach! The 2nd floor unit is steps from the elevator with views of the heated pool from the front door. The family won't want to leave once you get here. Great for long stays with the whole family or a fishing trip with friends. Attractions on NORTH BEACH include Hurricane Alley water park, USS Lexington, the Texas Aquarium and more!

This condo was located in the perfect spot in Corpus Christi. Friendly staff, private beach entrance, easy to get to Aquarium and Lexington. Condo had everything we needed in all rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

Convenient and easy I do wish there had been a swifter to clean the floor as we were in and out of the water and had to use bath towels on the floor. Everything else was great and we will stay again next year

There was an awesome view of the ocean. Condo was clean and had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. Only drawback is the buildings are old and need to be repaired and updated.

The rental was nice and clean. The condos are fenced and gated with keycard access. The beach was never crowded at this location.

Overall very good

It was a very nice place to stay. It was a little musty but nothing a candle didn’t take care of. There was quite a bit of construction but nothing that was overwhelming or inconvenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Ok but had great time with family

The pool was not that clean, so we didn’t even try swimming in the pool and elevator could be up dated, the ocean was much better!

Definitely needs some upgrading/fixing . Description states up to 6 can stay, I would suggest 3-4 guest due to it being quite small. Would I stay again? Maybe. If it was just me and my spouse.

Beautiful spot!

Loved this lil spot, walked in and it smelled great, the place was very clean. The pull out couch didn’t have covers, it was cool my kids brought their own. kitchen was nicely stocked with things we would need. First aid kit as well as rubbing alcohol in the bathroom was a nice touch as well. Everything was great didn’t need anything at all. The pool was downstairs outside our door, the views from balcony was beautiful and staff was always friendly. We will be back the hostess was amazing and did a great job.

A step above camping

Check-in wasn’t smooth. The property is under construction = workers trying to work around guests. Noisy. Out of date. Not up to par with other VRBO’s I’ve used.

North Beach Getaway

The Villa Del Sol condominiums as a whole are a little worn/worse for the wear, but there were worker men onsite working on repairs/renovations during our stay. Front desk staff was moderately friendly/welcoming but not overly so - they’re who you deal with to initially get checked in/get a parking pass. The condo itself was fantastic!!! Very clean, comfortable beds (my daughter loved her bunk bed), excellent AC, lots of provisions for cooking/grilling - even had koozies. The host was very helpful and responsive and we communicated as needed. The best part of this stay was easy access to a beautiful, non-crowded beach; lots of shell bits to find, cool water, and not a lot of trash (as can be prevalent on Corpus beaches). We would definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely Terrible

The rental process was perfect! But once we arrived we realized that the property is disgusting. The room was dirty, there was food on the floor, the furniture is old and sticky. There were cob webs all over the apartment and it smelled of roach spray and mold. Housekeeping did come back with a bottle of fabreeze but below the sink was wet and moldy.

Horrible experience ghosted by host

When we arrived, the unit was not clean. There was dirty used Q-tips on the pullout sofa. The cushions were completely wet. The unit smelt horribly. iMessage the host she has not responded in several days. The worst experience ever would not recommend staying with this host.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! What a Dump. We took one look at this unit and immediately left and went somewhere else. We lost our money, but we couldn't stay there. It was not as pictured at all. Dirty, old and in need of a serious deep cleaning and update. The beach was disgusting. It's a BAY, NOT A BEACH!!! The neighborhood is also very questionable. Plus you have to pay an additional fee to park at the place you have already rented. The pool located at the entrance was green. The entire complex is run down to say the least.

Arrive with my family to find out that. The room was canceled and they sold the room to someone. Due to it being Spring Break there was nothing for about a good distance to book. We had to drive back home that night. Ruined my baby daughters birthday plans. We booked over a month ago. Host never responded at all. Worse experience ever!!!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS HOST!!!
