The kitchen, living room, dining room, entry mud room, and closets are all for your use to be shared with the other guests. You have a key pad to open your room that is different than the side entry door to the house. There is one downstairs bathroom and one upstairs bathroom. There is storage space in both. The downstairs bathroom has a washer and dryer inside the bathroom the washer and dryer is shared with everyone. It has laundry soap, bleach, fabric softener for you to use if you don't have your own. Both bathrooms have a shower, tub, sink, toilet. The kitchen is a fully furnished country style. The home does have a TV and a computer desk in the living room and your room. The wifi is 400 mbps up and down with 2000 gb data allowance per month total for the whole house.

The entire house is rented to you to share. This listing however you only have access to the bedroom that you rented and other shared rooms, unless you added a room or rented the whole house. You have access to the room you have a key code to. You don't have access to the other guests rooms, the basement, and the attic. Those rooms are strictly off limits. You have access to the entire yard and picnic table. You have access to the BBQ. You have access to use the extension cord on the front porch to charge a EV plug in car and access to the front yard water hose to wash your car if you'd like. They are long enough to reach when parked on the cement pad. You have access to the futon in your room and there is a portable AC and window unit if needed. You have shared access to each bathroom and laundry room, the kitchen, dining room, living room, mud room, outside, front and back porch, the BBQ, and your own bed room and closet with the key lock entrance. You will have a computer desk and a TV in your room. There is also a computer desk and TV in the living room/ dining room. Also portable heater or AC upon request if needed. Normally mild temperatures so AC not really needed. Ceiling fans work really good. And the evening breeze is nice.

I am not onsite. But from time to time my housekeeper is and also my handyman. They are available if you need them and I am available through VRBO messages, text and phone call. I can give you contact information to those in need of it to the staff. I have weekly housekeeping which the common spaces get cleaned.

You may have other guest with their own bedroom that will be interacting with you. So, it is up to you how social you want to be or not be. It is a shared kitchen and shared bathrooms. You are renting a house with potentially several guests.

The wifi information is on the router in the dining room. Please keep peace with other guests. Keep the common space tidy. Please keep in mind this is a shared house so when checking in know that other people may have used the common space that day. So also as you stay remind yourself that others may check in so try to keep the common areas as clean as you would like to see it upon arrival. Respect others sleeping times. Take garbage out to the big trash cans. Keep the kitchen clean as if it's your own. When you are checking out please take out all food items that are yours that are not shared items like (ketchup, mustard, etc.) that you want to leave and put them in the trash cans outside. All forgotten items will be kept for 30 days and returned to you with a postage fee. You can not use this home as your mailing address.
