Esta unidad ha sido TOTALMENTE REFORMADA DEL NUEVO MUEBLE AL AIRE LIBRE, LA NUEVA DECORACIÓN, LA NUEVA BODA, LA ALFOMBRA, LAS PAREDES FRESCAMENTE PINTADAS Y EL NUEVO MUEBLE. Hubo una reparación de estuco en el exterior de nuestro edificio. Ahora está completo. Todas nuestras piscinas están abiertas y los invitados las disfrutan. Nuestra caja de seguridad está reparada y funciona correctamente. Los colchones han sido reemplazados. Ocean blvd. estaba enterrando líneas de servicios públicos que está completo. Ofrecemos solo un juego inicial de papel higiénico, toallas de papel, jabón, detergente para lavar platos y bolsas de basura.

Este popular edificio de dos torres frente al mar ofrece un río lento, una piscina frente al mar, una piscina interior climatizada, una piscina para niños, dos jacuzzis frente al mar de gran tamaño, un gimnasio / ejercicio, internet de alta velocidad, comedor separado, mesas al aire libre en balcón, cocina totalmente equipada, microondas empotrado, horno radiante con estufa, barra desayunadora, sala de estar de buen tamaño con un sofá cama tamaño queen, TV de PANTALLA PLANA NUEVA Y GRANDE, lavadora, secadora, encimeras de granito, pisos cerámicos y exterior grande Unidades de almacenaje para artículos de playa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, amplio walk in closet, con un baño privado con dos lavabos, piscina de hidromasaje bañera de jardín, puerta independiente al balcón frente al mar y walk in closet. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen size con un baño completo pasillo adyacente.

En frente de la Media Luna Shores hay parapente, alquiler de motos acuáticas y barco torpedo. Cada unidad ha sido decorada profesionalmente ..

Estamos a minutos de Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Championship Golf Courses, un Country Club público en Barefoot Resort ya solo una corta distancia en automóvil de Putt Putt Courses, Broadway en la playa, NASCAR, Myrtle Waves Water Park. , y el teatro Dixie Stampede.

The condo was spacious, with a large ocean front balcony. Tons of restaurants and entertainment within minutes of the condo. A neighborhood Irish pub right next door. Pools, hot tubs, lazy river all heated and immaculately kept. Definitely a contender for next year!

Condo was lovely and the host was very helpful when I couldn’t find the key. Only issue was the king size bed in the master suite was extra extra extra firm. Without a doubt the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on, I survived.. but my back and hips weren’t quite as happy. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and condo. Highly recommend if you like a firm bed!

I have stayed in a lot of condos in the Myrtle Beach area. This was a nice condo and I would stay at it again. The only disappointment was small things... no kitchen Staples whatsoever. No spices of any kind including simple salt and pepper shakers. No Kleenex and only a couple rolls of toilet tissue. Every condo I've ever stayed at has had at least a minimum of these items. I was also surprised there was no kind of "to go" coffee mugs with lids. I would just make sure I brought these items along next time as I would stay here again.

Everything was just as we wanted. Beautiful ocean view, nice big swimming pool, close to things we wanted to be far enough away it wasn’t crowded. A perfect trip, just entirely to short!

The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred. The counter was sticky, there was crumbs on the couch which was dirty and the floor, there was mold in the shower, hair gobbed in the bath tub filter and along the side of the tub. The carpet in the living room was all bent so that there was creases to trip on. Other then that we had a wonderful time.

We had a great time. We had everything we needed. I really love the jetted bathtub. We love the balcony and the view. The previous renter left some stuff in the outside storage unit, so we weren’t able to put our stuff in there. This was our second time at this condo, and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a great vacation. The room we stayed in was nice but not the cleanest. The refrigerator had crumbs and spills from the previous people. A lot of left over items from the previous people like food left in cabinets and piles of shells and sand on the balcony table.

There were several maintenance and cleaning issues that we had to over-look. I was reprimanded by the VRBO rep for not contacting him through the VRBO app. He would have had the cleaning crew back to clean. We were already there and didn't want to spoil our time there. We did some of the cleaning and moved on. I did try contacting maintenance using the number on the paperwork in the condo to be told he doesn't do maintenance for them anymore. By the way, 2 things - (1)no golf carts are allowed on property and (2)don't check in at 4:00 as it is overly crazy.

What a great stress free vacation. The building provides luggage carts and shopping carts for use, so getting in and out was a breeze!! Unlike some other places I've stayed at, we went right up to the unit got the key and boom we were on vacation! No check in desk situation here!The unit was just as pictured . The photos with the blue sofas and stainless steel appliances are the most recent. The mattress in the master bedroom was good. Lots of hot water and the AC worked great . The buildings 3 elevators were all working and there was never more than a few seconds wait time. The beach area was right out the back door. No roads to cross. Rental chairs were a bit pricey about 45 per day for 2 chairs and one umbrella. We stopped at the local Walmart and picked up 2 chairs and clip on Umbrellas for under 30 and used them all week. The pool and lazy river were great and were fully heated. Just note they do NOT allow any umbrellas there. Not even my little clip on. This is a recent new rule and even several of the full time residents were surprised by this. It made it difficult to read with the glare and very hot after a few minutes. Other than that one glitch it was great. My one suggestion to the owner- more towel bars please! The small one by the shower leaves you no room for a wet wash cloth or hand towel. Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back!

What a great rental. Location was awesome we truly enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean. Close to everything. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location, really nice condo

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was as described and well stocked. I really enjoyed having Cable since I no longer have it at home. You can't beat the location! You can walk to get ice cream or a quick bite at a pub. There are plenty of restaurants within 3 miles. If you are like me, and prefer to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas, you can do that easily in this location. The parking deck is right across this street, quick walk, and there is a LOT of parking. You don't have to try to squeeze in on the first floor, just keep going up and there is plenty of room. I would rent again.

Very nice!

The condo was really nice! It was so nice to have the beach right here and always pleasant to listen to the waves. The kitchen could use some pots and maybe a cookie sheet, but we made do with what we had and cooked dinner a couple times. We didn’t know there was a bike fest starting while we were here. The engines and the radios were so loud! The place is very nice and just about any store or restaurant is within a short drive.
