The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows as you sip coffee, already picturing a day at the parks or a splash in the pool. After a full day of Disney magic, you return to a roomy townhouse where each family member can unwind on their own side of the living space. The gated community’s quiet streets and nearby conservation area give a sense of calm while the excitement of Orlando stays just minutes away.



Sleeping arrangements

Two master bedrooms each feature a queen bed, offering a comfortable retreat for adults. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and playful Disney‑style décor, perfect for younger guests. With five beds total, the layout lets families and mixed‑age groups spread out without crowding.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen provides everything you need for quick breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home. Gather around the dining table for shared conversations before heading out, and store leftovers in the ample fridge for the next day’s adventures.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio or the private balcony off the upstairs master suite to enjoy a breath of fresh air. A BBQ grill is ready for easy evening meals, and the space invites you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the street in front of the property, there's a fee of $20.00 per vehicle coming to the property, this fee is for the car pass emission + resort fee.



The Neighborhood:

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Very limited or no kitchen glassware and dish ware.Not well maintained. Dirty window sills and inside corners in rooms and hallways.Broken window in 1st floor bedroom. When I spoke with the owner next-door, they said it had been like that for quite some time without repair.The owner or spokesman for the owner Julie stated that she was sending someone out on our first day to make the repair. It was not dealt with.We had elderly people with us and because of the extreme weather it was very drafty, and I was personally embarrassed.Some of the bedrooms did not have any nightstands or lamps near the bedside.The blue gem management company is a big disappointment.There was cardboard boxes left against the building in the back of the unit.The wall-to-wall rugs or stained, and I wouldn't want to go barefoot on themI would highly suggest not posting this property on VRBO in the future.I would like a refund, but I'm sure this management company and the owner have that figured out on how to wiggle out of it.
