Would definitely return!

The Terra Verde Resort is amazing and this unit was private, quiet, and perfect for our family. It was only 20 minutes to Disney, and a short drive to all amenities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! :) Our only complaint is that we wish they had a basket of "Gifts from Past Guests" - we had to buy all the necessities: laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags etc, and left the packages 80% full. We recognize that the owners won't stock the house, but we hope the next guests get to benefit from what we left behind. :)

Thanksgiving 2019

We had an excellent stay at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked to accomomdate a Thanksgiving meal. The house is as listed, very clean, ample towels and bed sheets. Willy was very responsive before checking in, and we had no issues to call him about. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property!

Our Happy Place

This is our second stay and was every bit as good as the first time. Arriving at the villa at 8pm in the evening after a very long day travelling we were delighted to find a comprehensive welcome pack with all the essentials we'd need until we could get to the supermarket the next day. This really was appreciated! The house was clean and well equipped with more than enough towels and linen to see us through our stay. We spent a bit more time out by the pool as the kids were more than happy just to play there while Mum relaxed. Meanwhile I (Dad) could sneak away fishing on the lakes for a few hours. Discovered the hidden gem that is Shingle Creek just past the Wallmart on 192 - kayaking, walks, museum, wildlife and fishing in a unspoiled cypress swamp - highly recommended. All in all, we can't recommend the house and resort highly enough and safe to say we'll be back! Thanks Pam and Willie.

Best travel choice made. I was so impressed

Check in was nice and smooth. Was given great directions to everything. The house was amazing. Fully furnished and everything was neat and clean. Love the 3 bathrooms and the private pool was awesome. Will definitely be back again. Plus Disney is only 15 mins away. Sea world was 20 mins. Shops are close too.

Fantastic and tastefully decorated home

Our family (2 adult & 2 kids) spent a wonderful two weeks at this fantastic home. Can't have faulted the booking process and swift responses from Pamela. The house itself is beautifully presented with some nice touches. Everything you need to make the perfect home from home. It was clean throughout with ample towels etc for the full 2 weeks. Kids loved the pool and we loved the very comfortable loungers! The Terra Verde resort is beautiful and in a fairly central location for all the parks, retail outlets and all roads to elsewhere. Given that we arrived in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Matthew passing by, the whole place looked amazing with only some small debris which were soon cleared away. The clubhouse staff were always helpful and facilities were great although the crazy golf could do with a little TLC. The previous review did not reflect what we experienced and were shocked to see such negative comments. They weren't published when we booked. Please don't let them put you off booking this lovely home - we'll certainly be booking it again.

place is lousy bugs everywhere pool was filthy they greatly over state the house linen came filthy fridge froze all fruits always hot the little ac unit does nothing for a fl house which is set at 76 and locked look some where else

We were very surprised to receive such a negative review because when you checked-out you emailed the following message to us: “hi ty for the accommodations all worked out we left the place clean and took care of the laundry if you can refund the security deposit ty” When we went to the home to do the inspection after you checked-out we found it in a deplorable state! As a result of the damage that was caused by you we deducted money from your security deposit to cover the cost of the stained bed and bath linen and comforter from the queen bedroom. The house was left in such bad condition that it took our cleaner more than double the time to get the home cleaned. We also sent you pictures of all the damage you caused. I checked our phone records and I can confirm that we were never notified by you of the state of the home as detailed in your review. It’s unimaginable to us that someone would have stayed in a “house of horror” for 12 nights and put up with such terrible conditions without demanding that someone needs to correct the issues or be moved to another location. If you had left our home in good condition it would not have been necessary to deduct money from your security deposit. Unfortunately, when people’s homes are not respected then you are bound by the terms and conditions you agreed to and signed when you booked the home. Willy & Pamela
