Charming three-bedroom, two-full-bath rental home nestled along the canals of Lake St Clair. This little gem offers the perfect blend of tranquility and recreation, with prime access for fishing and boating enthusiasts. Enjoy stepping right out to your docked boat to embark on a day of adventure! For an additional $20 per day, per boat - fee, enjoy the comforts of the boathouse. The boathouse accommodates 2 boats, with hoists (up to 30ft).
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen along with the open, comfortable living space. The master bedroom has an ensuite. Two more bedrooms include a twin and full bed in each. A full laundry room is included.

Fantastic experience!!

This property was fantastic for our trip! We traveled with 2 boats and the boathouse was perfect! The owner is super friendly and will make sure you have everything you need. Many nice restaurants within 10 minutes. I will definitely request this property for my next trip up there!!

Great host and nice place. Brian and Tracy were great and I now consider friends. Great place but only draw back is busy road if you have to back ,you will need people stopping traffic, Best wishes to you both Tracy and Brian!!

Family Getaway Fishing Trip

The hosts were wonderful. The property is as described in the listing. The location is perfect for fishing. If you have your own boat, 10/10 recommend including the boat house in your rental. We are a family of 4 w/a dog. The house was perfect for us. Grateful for properties that allow pets.

Family fishing vacation

We had a good time at this well appointed home. Our host was extremely accommodating. From having the boat lift ready to receive our bass boat, to a clean and tidy place to prepare meals. All was in good order. We played darts in the boathouse, cornhole in the driveway, and caught several bass and bluegills from the docks. A nice place to make great memories!

Shhh this place is a gem

Going to give this rental the best review I’ve ever given. Met the owner Brian at his beautiful boat house prior to checking in so I could park my boat inside. Place is a man’s dream. Big screen, dart boards, fridge freezer, everything you need and that’s just in the boathouse. House was huge and plenty of space and cold as hell AC. Outdoor grilling area and patio furniture and close to New Baltimore and everything really. Great fishing out in the bay area as well. We will definitely be renting from Brian and his family many more years

Lake St. Clair 2024 Fishing Trip

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Brian's property. The house was super clean and very well maintained decorated. The use of the boathouse and hoist made it easy to dock the bass boat and charge the batteries at night. The boathouse every had a mini bar and sitting area. The property was located in a nice neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Brian was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here next year if the property is available.
