Nice Place

We had a great stay! Great location near train and local grocery/walgreens, etc. The place was very clean and there was a nice courtyard with a fire table to enjoy.

Our stay was wonderful, very clean which I appreciate and comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood and little markets to buy some groceries. Many options for dinning in the neighborhood but we mainly ate downtown Boston. The apartment as I said was clean and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. My husband & I and another couple traveled with us. The bath towels could use some updating they were fairly thin and shabby. Kitchen was over all stocked ok but we ate out every meal except breakfast.We walked to downtown Boston 2 days and did the Freedom trail & other historical sites. Great dinning experiences Legal Seafood, Little Italy, China town.I would stay here again.

Exactly as describe online. Very clean. Well kept. Easy to find. Great location for accessing train and Ubers. I did not talk with property manager as all details were clear in my reservations. Had his number if I needed it though. Highly recommend

Clean, as pictured, great location

Apartment was clean and spacious. Close to T and other things around it. The only things that would have been helpful were some casserole and baking dishes for cooking a meal. And blackout curtains in front bedroom and lighter weight comforter. We hit a heat wave. So bright in there. But beds comfy, water hot and all clean. Couch was comfy as well. Good communication if had a question. Great stay in Boston. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Boston. Very clean and comfortable, close to the T station. Host was very quick to reply with any questions. Highly recommended!

Super clean , great accommodation near transport

The apartment was exactly as shown in photos . Super cleaned and well equipped . The closeness to the T train station and just 4 stops to South Station made this a great location. Shops and restaurants a bit limited but Harp pub over the road had good menu. Small little local supermarkets near train station Good communication with host -thoroughly recommend. Having 3 bathrooms was very useful for our group .

Comfy and modern apartment

Check in process was easy and communication with Property Host Thanh was excellent. We did however find that the property was not very well equipped and there were no oven trays, can opener, chopping boards, coasters, and not enough glasses or mugs. We were only 4 people and the apartment is supposed to sleep 8 total. There were no mirrors or waste bins in the rooms which would have been useful. The bedding (Comforter) was also very thin and not suitable for winter and there were no additional blankets available. There were also no instructions left on how to operate anything (tv, coffee machine, dryer, washer, where to put trash etc) I messaged the host and she was very helpful, but it would have been useful to have these in a pack left in the apartment. Overall it was a comfortable stay in a nice clean apartment but to bring it up to the standard of the price we paid for it, it needs a few finishing touches.

Nice Dorchester Location

The apartment was in a convenient location in Dorchester with Walgreens across the street, and a pub and several eateries very close by as well. It felt safe and parking was not a big problem, except for avoiding street sweepers, so pay attention to signage. We did not use the T, but the cost was about $35 for an XL Uber for 5 people to downtown Boston from there. The unit was clean and furnished with new, albeit fairly basic furniture. The beds were just ok. I think better foundations for the mattresses would make a big difference in comfort. The kitchen had the minimum to cook with and had no spices or oils, but did have coffee and creme enough for two days out of five. The hairdryer was missing, which I had to purchase, with a promise from the management that I would be reimbursed. I'm still waiting. There were sheets, blankets and towels left by the cleaning crew in the washer and dryer, which had to be dried and folded by myself to make room for our laundry. Lastly, one of the sinks was clogged, which was kind of gross, but not a huge deal. Management was made aware of everything and was easy to reach and responded well. All in all, a nice place to stay while in Boston, but could be better. And at this price point it should be better appointed, with the maintenance and upkeep tightened up a bit as well.

Très bel appart. Correspond aux photos affichées. Très près du metro. Épicerie et cafés à proximité. Rue tranquille. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retouner. Ce fût une belle découverte.
