Geraldina was a great host. Property was exactly how the pictures showed. She thought of all the nice touches from make-up cloths in bathroom to extra blankets and pillows. Very tastefully decorated. Location if perfect for anyone who wants to avoid the crowded hotels in Historic St. Augustine. Short walk over the iconic Bridge of Lions to reach all the restaurants, shops and attractions of historic downtown without having to spend a fortune to park. Equally short walk in the other direction to Lighthouse and Museum. Will definitely stay at Geraldina's again on our next trip to St. Augustine.

The host was very responsive and this was probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed! The decor was cute and cozy and it is less than a mile walk to historic St. Augustine.

Walking distance to great restaurants and bars, live music and historic down town was just over the bridge. Great unit! Plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets.

Extremely clean and super cozy condo! Very nicely furnished. On a very quiet street, and a quick drive or walk over the bridge to St. Augustine's historic area. Host was very timely in replying when I had a couple questions. Would recommend and plan to stay again!

Wonderful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The little deck out back was very nice, it was a breezy day so we sat out there for happy hour and listened to music. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The beds were firm, but comfortable. One of the rooms has a softer bed and we chose that one. We come to St. Augustine a lot for concerts and events and will keep this condo on our list of places to stay.

Nice quiet spot - very nice stay

The property was very clean and well-appointed, with nice touches such as throws for sitting on the couch, clearly-labeled kitchenware, and comfy beds. We were in St. Augustine on a Saturday 10 days before Christmas - so were glad to have this quiet place on Anastasia Island away from the lights/crowds. We were less than 2 miles from Conch House, from where we took a lovely lights cruise (inexpensive too). Geraldina was very responsive and kind, and even arranged to mail me the Disney band I left behind! One note: The condo does not have a dishwasher - this didn't matter to us but might if someone were considering a longer stay with more people. Also, if you want "night life," Anastasia Island likely is not for you. However, it was perfect for us.

A hidden gem

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our stay of 4 people. It was super clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. It had all the amenities needed for guests, including coffee and shampoo. Everything was labeled and easy to find! The towels were nice - there was even face towels just for makeup! We weren't able to enjoy the balcony area because of our short stay but the plants outside were also a nice touch. The location was not downtown, but it was just over the bridge so it was still convenient to the historic downtown area. We did take a 5 minute Uber ride back over the bridge to the wedding venue and that was almost $40 each way, so be prepared for that if you choose not to drive and park or do not or cannot walk across the bridge during your stay. We highly recommend this lovely place, and would stay here again without second thought! Thank you, Geraldine, for being a fantastic host!

Just what we needed.

Because we were only staying overnight, our accommodations were just fine. I’m not sure that I realized that it was a second floor apartment which was just a bit of an issue because I am temporarily relying on crutches to protect my knee. But it all worked out fine. Because of my knee, I was disappointed that we weren’t just a little bit closer to the historic district, but that’s on me. The map was very clear about where we were. I am also not sure that I would want to stay for very long there since there is no dishwasher or washing machine and dryer in the apartment. But again for an overnight stay it was just a lovely lovely accommodation. I also appreciated the fact that there were not extensive check out procedures that needed to be followed.

I really loved this quaint apartment off Anastasia Blvd. it was the perfect location and clean, and Geraldine was awesome with communication and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
