Our two-bedroom, two-bath haven features plush new mattresses in both the master suite, which boasts a luxurious king bed, and the second bedroom, outfitted with a cozy queen. Wake up refreshed and ready to brew a cup of your favorite blend with our convenient Keurig coffee maker, perfect for slow mornings on the large, mostly shaded balcony. Here, you can enjoy your coffee while taking in the lively view of the basketball court, shimmering pool, and family-friendly outdoor games.

The living area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment with a queen-size sofa bed and large state-of-the-art LG smart TVs in every room, complete with Spectrum cable to keep you and your guests entertained. For those mixing work with pleasure, the second bedroom includes a desk space, ideal for catching up on emails or planning your next adventure.

Featuring a full kitchen equipped with modern amenities, including an air fryer, and in-unit laundry facilities, everything you need is at your fingertips. Beach days are a breeze, too, with beach toys available for your use, ensuring fun for all ages.

What you can expect in the condo:

Wi-Fi & Cable

The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.

A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved, so please park in the assigned spot. If you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking area at the front of the complex.
