Enjoy the heated pool (seasonal), hot tub, outdoor sauna, massage tables, lawn games, fire pit and multiple lawn and lounge areas. Flat lawn area for entertaining or to set up tables. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a chef's kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes, appliances and utensils, loft area and den offer a space for everyone!

Gourmet Kitchen and Open Great Room: Nothing beats from-scratch cooking and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with amenities, like a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, stove, and stainless steel refrigerator.

Dining Area- Enjoy special meals and conversation around the cozy dining table. Extra barstool seating right next to dining table

Great room and daylight basement den: These two rooms offer you additional social and entertainment spaces. They allow you to segment activities based on interests and age groups, making socializing both easy and harmonious.

Master Suite and Junior Suite: Each suite bedroom comes with an attached bathroom.

The two additional bedrooms encourage families and friends to stay together for their vacations, rather than trying to find accommodations off-site. With all this sleep space, you’ll spend more time together and less time in the car trying to connect with friends in faraway places.

The downstairs den has a queen size sofa sleeper with pillow mattress topper for extra comfort.

Three-and-a-half baths.

Laundry Area: There’s no need to look for a laundromat our home comes equipped with a laundry room and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer set.

Hot Tub and Pool - Our custom in ground rock hot tub is connected to our in ground custom pool that is completely private. The 35 x17 pool is heated to a perfect 86 degrees late April until October.

Custom Sauna- Seating up to 6 people comfortably our sauna was handmade by a local engineer, with huge windows overlooking the Boise foothills. Essential oils included to further your relaxation experience.

Outdoor Patio: Enjoy the spacious Trex Deck, providing an ideal setting for outdoor dining and socializing with friends while soaking in the views.

Outdoor Gas Fire Pits - gather with friends with seating around the two firepits.

Lawn areas- Both upper and lower lawn to enjoy the great outdoors, multiple lawn games available at the property.

Yoga mats provided to get your Zen on, either indoor or outdoors.

******Any Event that is over the amount of approved guest staying at the property, must be pre-approved through owners' discretion, and an event fee will be applied upon approval. Any guest having an event without approval with be fined $1000.00

Pets: We know that you love your furbabies, but we kindly ask you to find other arrangements for your pets as we try to keep the home allergy free as possible.

Our retreat is just minutes to downtown Eagle which offers some of the best dining in the valley, such as Coa Del Mar, Crave, Coyne's, Caci, Izumi, Da Vinci's and several others. Downtown Boise is also a short drive at just 20 minutes. You will also have close access to Fishing and floating on the Boise River, Shopping at The Village, multiple parks, Eagle Island recreation area, Gateway Snowtubing Hill, Eagle Bike Park, Bogus Basin and Miles of Hiking trails right outside your back door. Multiple wineries within a 15 minute drive.
