The Clever Cabins on Forest Ave consist of 2 single family homes.

COBALT CABIN:

Remodeled mid-century single level bungalow featuring three bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps) and a dresser. The bedrooms have a Smart TV with streaming WiFi access.

The great room is comfortable and features a stone fireplace and a 55" Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed. The master bathroom has a shower and hall bathroom a tub/shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers. The kitchen is packed with robin egg blue retro appliances, gas range, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

CRIMSON CABIN:

A charming and peaceful two bedroom, one bath bungalow. Enjoy plush seating in the living room and the dining area. Fully equipped kitchen features hot rod red appliances including a gas range and hood, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and classic refrigerator. The new washer and dryer are full size stacked units.

Bedroom one sleeps two on a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps two on a comfortable king size bed. Crib, mattress and sheets are located in the King Bedroom closet. Additionally a pack and play and high chair or booster seat are located in the closet as well. The sofa is also a pullout sofa that sleeps 1-2.

There is one full bathroom located next to the kitchen with a shower. Extra linen and towels provided. Complimentary Shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Enjoy high speed internet or simply kick back, relax, and enjoy a fun board game night!

For quiet hours, mediation, and relaxing, settle in to the cozy patio chairs out front porch. For a fun night outside under the stars, make your way to the outdoor fire pit. The yard is fully fenced so your pets can have a s much fun as you.

Both houses are yours as well as the fully fenced yards. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, BBQs and fire pits. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library – take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay free. Sorry, but no cats are permitted due to allergies.
