Cauley's Place - Moreland Village 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage!

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

This charming, PET FRIENDLY 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage is located in the heart of Moreland Village, Palmetto Bluff's picturesque neighborhood that winds past Lake Bales and overlooks the marsh and waterways of Cauley's Creek. This bright, airy home features abundant windows, dramatic vaulted ceilings and oversized doors that slide back to create seamless indoor-outdoor living from the great room to the screened-in porch, with its abundant seating, wood burning fireplace and flatscreen Smart TV. With well appointed interiors and luxurious details that include wide-plank oak floors voluminous ceilings all combined to showcase a stylish, comfortable residence. The open floor plan of the first floor includes an inviting chef's kitchen with 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and oversized center island with seating for three, plus the dining area, vaulted great room and screened porch. With abundant natural light, fireplace and Smart TV, this space offers a comfortable spot to gather with family and friends. Nearby is a combined walk-in pantry/laundry room with wine fridge/beverage center, that offers plenty of storage for all your vacation gear. Additionally the main floor includes the powder room and spacious primary suite with King bed, flatscreen Smart TV and direct access to the porch, plus sumptuous bathroom that includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath. One guest room is appointed with a KING bed, and the other is appointed with a QUEEN bed and separate built-in TWIN bed, perfect for all the kids to settle in for games or reading time.

The location of Cauley's Place offers quick access to The Canteen, outfitters, The Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, the Moreland fire-pit and the walking & biking trails that wind along the breathtaking tidal creeks. You're just a short walk or bike ride away from Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, you're just 3 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around fire pit. You can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to many of the popular amenities around the resort. Inquire with our team about the availability of bikes and a golf cart during your stay.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

• Bicycle and golf cart rentals. The cost of the bike rental is $30.00 per bike for 3 night minimum, and $50 per bike for 4-7 nights. The cost for golf cart rental is $95.00 nightly for a 4 seat golf cart and $125.00 nightly for a 6 seat golf cart.

For an Additional fee, you (as our guest in Palmetto Bluff) also have access to:
• Customized Concierge Services that includes personalized pre-trip planning tailored to your specific vacation needs.
