Unit 1207 is a top floor, one bedroom deluxe unit that has been recently updated with an open floor plan that is large and roomy. It has a king sized bed with a new Tempurpedic Cloud mattress in the bedroom, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk in tile shower. The expanded kitchen has upgraded appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered water inside the door, a wine refrigerator, a full size dishwasher, and granite counter tops. The floor to ceiling windows are dressed with electric blinds that open and close at the touch of a button. Watch the seagulls soar by at eye level from one of the two sitting balconies while you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Each balcony is outfitted with extremely comfortable top tier furnishings. The owners have meticulously furnished and equipped this unit to accommodate two adult guests.

Top of the world

We had the top floor 1207 condo. Amazing views from floor to ceiling windows in the living and bedroom. Great property amd amenities and very friendly staff and guests. We will be back!

Great time

Beautiful condo, very clean and quiet too! Beautiful views of the beach. We visited the pool and enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the bedroom blinds didn’t lower, but being on the top floor I wasn’t worried about someone looking in. Definitely will stay here again!

Having 2 balconies was great. We have stayed at many condos at the Galvestonian and this is my fav hands down.

Fantastic!

The open layout of the condo was great! It made the condo feel really spacious. Absolutely loved the huge kitchen counter space. The sliding glass doors were excellent on blocking out any “additional” noise. Loved the remote controlled blinds. They provided enough shade that when you woke up in the morning you were not blinded by a light peaking through. The bathroom was outstanding! The bathroom vanity was the right hight & the shower layout was great. Neither the husband or I, ever felt that we were cramped up in the living room. The couch was big enough for both of us to lay on. We will definitely be booking this one again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, maybe the best condo we have ever stayed in. This includes many stays at nine or more different beaches. Everything in very good shape. The pillowtop king mattress was a little soft for me. However I like a firm bed. Very good patio furniture. Keurig coffee maker. Lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Dishwasher will have to be updated before too long. 12th floor is not too high. Elevators are fairly fast. For good seafood, be sure to eat at Mario's Italian and Katie's downtown on the bay.
