This is a smoke-free and pet-free house. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside on the premises. If visitors violate this policy, they will be subject to additional fees and subject to eviction from the premises. Gatherings exceeding the 14-person sleeping occupancy must be pre-approved.
