Orgullo en propiedad, extra limpio 1 dormitorio con 1 cama queen 1 litera w / trundle, duerme 5 cómodamente en el dormitorio. Cocina renovada con refrigerador grande, microondas, horno tostador, olla de barro y área de comedor para 6 personas. Habitación familiar hundida con sofá cama Queen y pantalla plana montada en la pared con reproductor de DVD. Balcón semiprivado con muebles, 2 soláriums, 2 parrillas a gas, 1 lugar de estacionamiento reservado. ¡Cerca de todo!

Cute condo for a long weekend

Condo was great! It was one block to the beach and it is right at the northernmost end of the boardwalk. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the main pier attractions. Neighborhood is very quiet. The place was very clean and neat, and the decor was what you would expect at a beach house. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner, and the wine fridge was an added bonus! The couches and bed were very comfortable. They provided plenty of standing fans to move air about the condo as the main air conditioning is in the bedroom. But we had no problem cooling the place down this way. We loved that there was a small outdoor seating area right outside of the door. We did not use the community spaces with the grills and pool, but they are available for use during the stay. The condo is up 3 flights of stairs, but as late 20’s adults this did not bother us. Families with small children just might want to consider this fact. The owners provided us with all of the necessary information before we arrived. Overall we loved the place, loved the location, and would definitely recommend it! We hope to be back next year!

Wonderful place!

This was a lovely place to stay for a family getaway! So close to the beach, super clean, big pool onsite, condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, spacious deck for relaxation and owners were quick to respond with any question we had. We would definitely look to stay in the future!

Perfect Beach Condo

This place was great for a family beach trip. The condo is clean and roomy and has everything you need. The location is a short walk to the beach during the day and boardwalk at night. Highly recommend.

What you see is what you get! The condo is perfectly situated to the boards. The pool is awesome. The neighbors were all super nice and helpful. It has everything you need. We will be coming back!

Perfect little condo!

The condo is so well located. Minutes to boardwalk and beach and if a pool is your thing, it’s right there. Loved all of the outdoor seating options near the condo. The condo itself is small but everything inside in comfortable and very clean. Incredible value for stay. Worked well as a “home base” for an active weekend. Nice table to sit around and play games in evening.

The only difficulty we had was the air conditioner was loud making it difficult to sleep. If you deal with white noise, then no problem. The apartment was very clean and well furnished.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo was in the perfect location. It took us about 5-10 minutes with our small children to get to ocean. There was a little grocery store one block north for any extra items that we forgot. The condo had everything we needed to make some light breakfasts and lunches. I’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wow this place is so awesome. Everything looks great in this home owners was available and extra nice. The people around there are nice and friendly also very helpful. This condo was perfect in every way. It felt like a cozy home away from home. It was clean and neat and had all the anemities we needed. The neighbors were super friendly and welcomed us warmly. The location was perfect as we are boardwalk junkies. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

A Comfortable Condo Just a Block From the Beach

We were happy with our experience of staying in this condo. Not the largest place we've stayed at, but it's modern and comfortable with a kitchen. Most importantly, it is close to the North Wildwood beach, just one block away. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. The Wildwood rides are just a short walk away on the boardwalk. All in all, it's in a great location and is a comfortable place to stay for a small group.

Good time but lots of steps

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean when we got there. The pool was clean and well kept. The location was awesome, except for the fact it is on the 3rd floor. There are approximately 33 steps to climb to get to the floor and doing this 15 times to carry a weeks worth of luggage in and hauling groceries up can get tiring for an older individual, especially on hot days. The internet service left something to be desired - it was somewhat slow and I couldn't connect a couple of my devices. Also there was nothing I could find that had the internet password so I had to call the owner to get that, while a small paper attached to the inside of one of the cabinets would have solved that problem. Other than these issues we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone - as long as they don't mind the stairs

Small but functional and very well located condo

This condo was nice and very cosy. The motel common areas are extreemly well maintained. Everyday everything is cleaned up (pool, parking, terrasse, BBQ). The condo is located just one block from the beach and boardwalk which is very good when you have kids. Also, the beach is this area is not very large like further in the south of wildwood (ex: near Pine avenue). So the walk to get from the condo to the ocean takes at most 10 min. The fact that this place is a old motel converted into condo unit is very cool. When you don't want to go to the beach, you can take advantage of the pool and the terrasses. The available BBQ are also very pleasant to use. Just start it and cook what you need when you want. As for the condo itself, it is a small but very functional. The kitchen area is quite small but it is as expected for this kind of condo. I think there is enough beds to sleep 7. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, so there was quite enough spaces for us. The bathroom is quite small also. Only one person at a time can be there. The internet signal is very weak, but the owner of the property explained to me that they are working on fixing this problem. There is a flat screan TV in the condo, with many channels available. However there is no HD signal. There is no radio or bluetooth speakers to play music from our IPhones. A parking spot is revserved for this condo, which is really great. But the parking spots are very narrow. This creates problems when a two big trucks are parked next to you and you cannot open your door to get in your car. ...and I got a scratch on my car, probably from a kid getting out of a car next to mine. Overall, we had a really great time, and were very satisfied with this condo.
