Can't say enough good things about our stay. The unit was well equipped with everything needed plus many extras. The cleaning crew did a great job getting the unit ready for guests. Wonderful views of the ocean and sun rise. Just steps away from the ocean. Parking was very convenient. Never had to worry about finding a spot after going out.

Great little beach condo

This condo was perfect for us. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway and we enjoyed the balcony views! The place is clean, easy to find and check in, and super close to the beach. We walked all over, and it was easy to get everywhere from the condo. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was fast and easy!

Outstanding unit

Adorable condo. Scrupulously clean. Cute decorations. Balcony had lovely views of beach and bay. Unit had nice snacks and info about area. Host was gracious and very attentive and available. I highly recommend.

Regency Tower North Wildwood

Check in was easy. Communication with Maggie, the owner, was very good. She checked to make sure everything was ok when we got there and left us a welcome basket. The unit was VERY clean, in a great location and very nicely decorated. My husband and I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay

Tehe property was beautiful and close to everything. The owner paid attention to so many small details— the various chargers for cell phones, board games in the drawer, a welcome basket with snacks…all very much appreciated! Communication was excellent both prior and during our stay. You really can’t go wrong with this one. Thank you so much!

Summer Trip

The place was really nice, and the host was great. There was even a little snack basket when we arrived. My only heads up is the shower water temperature is very finicky and was hard to get right. I think that was an issue though with the building trying to supply all the units and not with this individual property. Great stay!

We had a great time our first trip to Wildwood on our anniversary trip. Maggie was very sweet and their place was very clean and cute. We'll definitely go back!

Summer 2023

We had a great stay. Unit was so nice and very clean. Our host left a small basket of snacks and a. Ice welcome card. We had several coffee pods and creamers also provided. This unit is in a great location and it was great to sit on the balcony after a day at the beach/pool. Hosts were also very responsive. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Great place, great view, right next to the beach, a pool with lots of kids to play with, not far from the boardwalk but quiet. Loved it!

Happy Place

This unit was so clean and decorated nicely. Great location in North Wildwood. Maggie was great to deal with, she thought of everything a renter could want. Definitely will stay again next summer.

Great getaway!

Perfect location. Quiet, clean and the view is incredible! I would highly recommend and will definitely rent this unit again!! Woke up to see dolphins right from bed- amazing!

Views & a Kitchen

We loved our stay at the Regency Tower Condos. The parking pass made everything so easy. The view from the bedroom and balcony was lovely. Plus there was a Keurig with an assortment of k-cups and creams, and a basket of snacks, waiting for us. The unit is compact but featured everything we needed. There was even a marker in the shower to indicate best temp! Thanks, Maggie and Joe.

An amazing experience

Wildwood Regency stay 10-14, 10-15-22

The Regency is an older property, which as far as I could tell, did not have a ramp from the parking area to the entrance to the property. The unit was clean, had a nice kitchen area with a small 4 burner stove, oven, full refrigerator, adequate dishes, silverware, utensils and pots and pans. The small magnetic under cabinet light did not work. It would be a plus to have a working electrical under-cabinet light over the sink. The queen bed was comfortable, and we requested pillows and quilts in advance as the owner required. They were clean. The view from the bedroom slider and small balcony provided a generous view of the water from north to east. I would have given this unit a 5 if the sleeper sofa, side chair and kitchen chairs were comfortable to sit in. None of them were. The sofa and side chair definitely need to be replaced. A simple day bed/with trundle bed would be more comfortable and provide the needed sleeping space. I would return, if in the area, if these updates were made.

Beautiful views, very clean, and nicely decorated

I cannot say enough positive things about this property as well as the owners! This unit is located in a nicely maintained and very clean facility. The unit itself offers beautiful views and gorgeous sunrises! We loved the high ceilings, the beachy decor, and the thoughtful add ons! We loved the pool and the huge deck. The beaches are one of the cleanest I’ve been to and very well maintained. This is a very nice area and I was impressed! Maggie is super easy to communicate with and very friendly! I am so pleased with everything about this trip and will definitely stay in one of her units if I travel to the area again! Thank you for the wonderful memories! We loved our first time at north wild woods!

Wonderful weekend

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. The location was great. The owner Maggie, was easy to contact and was very helpful with all of my silly questions. (1st time vrbo-Ing ) Checking in and out was a breeze. The condo was clean, well appointed with cute beachy decor and many thoughtful details such as phone chargers. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is great with plenty of open places nearby in the “off season” . Overall a delightful escape!
