This villa is our newest gem!! It has been professionally decorated with brand new furniture and freshly painted. This villa also has a brand new air-conditioning system, towels, comforters and sheets! This amazing Villa is a sanctuary across the street from the beach where you can watch the waves roll in! This beautiful condo is two floors with amazing views of the ocean in Charry Grove Beach! You are just across the street from the beach and about 1 mile to Cherry Grove Pier. This property boasts a pool, a hot tub and outdoor grills as well as WIFI. We provide 3 parking passes. No oversized vehicles or motorcycles. As with all of our properties linens, towels, beach cart, beach towels are included and provided. We also provide baby items to include an umbrella stroller, pack n' play and a highchair.
We hope you will choose to make your special memories here and love it as much as we do! We do not have revies yet because we are new. Please find reviews of my other units at the following:

This place is amazing! We had a group of 16 and had so much space to spread out and never felt crowded. The walk to the beach was super easy and less than 4 minutes. Beds are very comfy. Looks just like the photos. Family friendly beach.Lindsey is great at communicating and tries to take care of any issues right away! You won’t regret staying here!

2025 Annual Sistas’ Trip

Lovely, spacious condo ! There was sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 13 adult women. The host (Lindsey) was friendly and communicated quickly when necessary. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. I would stay here again!!!

My Myrtle Beach Celebration

My family and I had great week at the Cherry Grove Villas . I was celebrating my birthday and everyone enjoyed themselves in the city , at the beach and at the property. I will definitely visit S.C again with this property in my future plans. Thanks again Lindsey.

Family Trip

This place is great for big families. We were a party of 14 and had no issues. It was very spacious. We never felt like we were crowding each other. The view was phenomenal. We could sit on either deck and look straight out at the ocean. This place was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Lindsey was an awesome host. We ran into an issue and she was very accommodating to our needs. She is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be back.

Love Cherry Grove Beach

This lovely property was just as advertised. 2 stories and lots of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The beach view is great from this 4th floor condo. Beach access is right across the street.

Love family vacay 2024

This was by far the best place we’ve stayed at. It suited our family perfectly. We each had our own space. The host was absolutely amazing and very communicative. 10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back!

Wonderful Place To Stay

The host had accidentally emailed us the wrong address. Upon arrival I knew the property didn't look like the pictures of the unit we had rented. But it only took one phone call to the host and a few extra minutes before we arrived at the correct location. I couldn't fault her for the mistake since she owns several condos and she had kindly allowed us to arrive several hours early because our condo had already been cleaned and was ready. Having a key pad on the door made check in a breeze. All areas of the condo are just as pretty as depicted in the photos. Her cleaning crew had the place spotless, which is the most important thing I look for in a rented unit. The condo is huge which gave everyone in my family the room to spread out when they wanted some privacy yet the living and dining areas are large enough that we could all also spend time together. The host kindly had quite a few new beach towels delivered to our condo because she thought there might not be enough already there for us. The ocean views are amazing from both floors of the condo and the beach access is very convenient. The only negative, and it is not against the host, is that the building does not have luggage racks. There are a few grocery type carts available and the host has a cart in the condo, both of which were helpful to get your things up to your unit when arriving and back to your car when checking out. I hope to stay there again in the future.

This property is awesome with a perfect view of the ocean, although it is the 2nd row from the beach. The beach access cannot get any better. We had everything we needed for an awesome week!

Immaculate listing!

This location is in the perfect proximity to the beach, literally across the street. There's a fantastic IGA grocery store that sells hot food that me and my friends frequented daily. It's only a 4 minute drive and the food varies from soul food to seafood meals. This location is only 15 minutes from the amusement parks, all you can eat seafood buffets and numerous varieties of restaurants. The home was freshly painted and newly decorated with new furniture and televisions. Fantastic view of the beach from the two king size bedrooms. I slept with my patio door open to hear the ocean at night and watch the sunset. The rooms were spacious and plenty of furnishings. There were plenty of dishes/glasses and the two refrigerator/freezers were handy for all the beverages and food. It's located on the 4th floor (working elevator) and the parking is directly underneath so no worries about inclimate weather. The hosts are ALWAYS accessible and respond quickly to concerns. They even check with you to see if you're enjoying your stay and if there's any issues. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.There's a foosball table in the loft area. The house is an absolute gem!

My husband and I own and manage all 5 of our properties.
We take excellent care of it. I am a Physical Therapist and my husband is a computer programmer and web developer with his own business. My husband grew up in Commack, NY and I grew up in Bridgewater NJ. We met as young professionals and soon married and settled down to start a family. We have now been married for 15 years and have 3 wonderful boys ages 13, 11 and 8 years old. We love North Myrtle Beach!! This condo has been a dream of ours since meeting in 2007. We really looked up and down the coast before deciding on this area of North Myrtle Beach. One reason we loved this section called Cherry Grove Beach is the beach is very wide and beautiful. It is very family and pet friendly. You are allowed to drive golf carts all over this area of the beach. You are also allowed to ride bikes on the beach. We are close to everything: Parks, Golf Courses, Fine Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping, Tennis Courts, Amusement Parks, Water Sports, Beach Shops, Shows and Entertainment, Marina's, Inlets to the Ocean, Gambling Boats, Deep Sea Fishing, etc....It is a great location!

Well first of all, I am extremely concerned about making sure that when you arrive that everything is clean and in great working order. I would never rent a property that I myself would not love. It takes good organization and planning to keep our property up to our standards. We are very fortunate to have found individuals to clean each property who understand what I expect and whom themselves are clean freaks. I stock the kitchen better than my own. I try to provide you with everything you will need when preparing meals for a large group. The villa is very spacious and a group of 16 should not feel crowded. It is across the street from the beach. There are large balconies facing the Ocean so you do have Ocean views too!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is a rare gem! It is newly refurbished and painted. Situated across the street from the beach and occupying the top two floors of the building provides us with a beautiful view of the waves rolling in. The both balconies, 2 king bedrooms and the living room all have ocean views! The location is also very special. Cherry Grove is a beautiful area of North Myrtle Beach with the ocean on one side and the intercoastal waterway on the other. Cherry Grove Pier is only a mile away and it is the ideal place to fish, and enjoy the beach! There is also a beautiful nature preserve near by. Along with all this natural beauty you are close to food stores and all the necessities!
