This condo was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean! It was clean and the hosts kindly allowed us to use their beach equipment. The pool table was used every night as well as the game table. There was a minor clitch with 2 tvs at the beginning of our stay and the owners immediately responded to fix the issue. Everything was wonderful and we are planning to return next year. It was by far our favorite place we have stayed!

Wonderful North Myrtle Vacay

Better than expected! Great spacious condo with room for everyone, loved the bed set up, quiet, clean, fun and safe for the kids. Great location, close to grocery store, Barefoot landing, easy parking with safe bridge for little ones to cross, great communication w owner. The HOA people are all courteous, pool attendant is hard worker and helps open gates to the pool when one’s hands are full, would highly recommend Windy Hill and more specifically this condo!

This place was absolutely beautiful and had everything possible you could ask for. Had beach toys, chairs extra everything. I definitely will be booking again!

Myrtle Beach Penthouse

Loved the condo, location, amenities. Great view from balcony. Very clean. Check in was very difficult. Pass code was not sent. Could not reach owner. Had to call VRBO help line. Finally heard from owner. Once we finally received a pass code it did not work. After a period of time a second pass code was provided an we were finally able to access the condo. This caused unnecessary stress and a delay.

It was good. We had to replace the kitchen bulb and the refrigerator filter. The large table was all sticky and the high chair was dirty. The lights in the shower didn’t work, the ice machine was broken we couldn’t fix it. There were black bugs all over the house. But we really had a great time.

Perfect Condo for a large family getaway!

This was our second trip to this location and this specific condo as it is just perfect! This condo is beautiful and large enough to accommodate our 3 large families! The view from the 18th floor balcony overlooking the beach was spectacular. Having easy access to the beach and pool made it the perfect location for kids and adults of all ages! The host family was amazing to work with and easily accessed for any needs we may have. I would give this location a 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back year after year.

Beautiful rental

This was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing! Location was perfect with something for everyone nearby. The owner was incredibly responsive to each and every question we had. We could not be happier and didn’t want to leave. This will be added to the list again in the future!!

Amazing condo

We stayed here with our adult children & their significant others and it was wonderful! The condo was immaculate, well appointed with everything we needed and conveniently located! We all enjoyed many evenings after dinner around the pool table and arcade games. It was so nice to have 8 beach chairs & beach towels so we didn’t need to bring anything with us but clothes! We hope to book here again and look forward to it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Excellent property and host!

We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 3 months to 11 years. The property was spacious and accommodated us perfectly! All of the beach accessories were a great add. The items they have for children/babies saved us a lot of extra packing too. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very friendly to interact with. Would definitely stay again and would like to stay at other properties they host.

All the right details!

We have stayed at many rental properties, and this was one of the very best. The quality of furnishings and the beautiful decor made this a terrific experience. Even more than that, Darla has thought of every detail, from labeled light switches to extra fluffy bath towels. This is a fantastic property! Can’t wait to come back!

Great experience

For someone who hasn't lived in High-rise buildings, this stay gave us a different perspective on the sunrises, sunsets and city views. Definitely worth it.

PERFECTLY PERFECT!

Just reference the listing because it's exactly as described! The condo is spacious, very well appointed with detailed provisions for any need that could arise, very clean and the owner is so kind and extremely responsive. We visit Windy Hill Dunes every November over Thanksgiving and are expecting our first grandbaby in November. This condo has a well-equipped nursery and all the "gear" needed for a comfortable stay with a baby, which is unheard of with most rentals. It's obvious this property is intended for families of many generations to enjoy together. We loved being in this beautiful home and will be back!

Wonderful

We have a pretty large family and we had plenty of room for everyone. It was better than we even imagined. Such a beautiful space. My family enjoyed the gym, the pool and lazy river, and the pool table in one of the family rooms. It is also right on the beach and beach chairs were provided as well. The living areas, patio, and kitchen were great for spending time with family. And the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Everyone had a great time. This was an amazing getaway.

Fantastic stay!!

It started off rocky with getting in with our code but the owner was very patient with us and answered our call at 1am to fix our issue. We were very grateful. The place was magnificent !!! We didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything. The pool was nice. The room had games and pool table and many things for the kids and grown ups to do. Would highly recommend booking this room. Having a family of 6 there was more than enough space to spread out. BONUS there was a nursery and high chair!! I didn’t have to bring mine which I did anyways but now I know for next time less to pack! Owners were very responsive.

Disappointed

The rental needs a new cleaning company. There are dirty fingerprints all over the kitchen cabinets, the drawers inside are full of crumbs, the refrigerator handles were caked with food (I cleaned before we used the kitchen). The water dispenser and ice dispenser on the refrigerator are full of mold if you peak up under them. The living room couches need to be replaced. The “white” leather is now brown. All of the carpets are filthy and there were spider webs and nests on one of the dining room chairs. I did not inform the owners during our stay bc I did not care to have anyone come in and clean while we were there. I cleaned as best I could and dealt with it. For people with children, the bedrooms are right across from the elevators and bc the rooms have windows to that hall the noise is loud all night and I did not feel safe with the kids in those rooms since the building does not have locks or security at the building’s entrances. The condo has the potential to be beautiful if it was updated and properly cleaned. The view is extraordinary and the balcony space is amazing. It was nice having the parking garage and tunnel to get to it. The pools are nice and the access to the beach is unbeatable. I have never left a poor review before and honestly I don’t like doing it. I found it necessary because I wish someone had informed me of these things before I rented this one.
