Condominio acogedor con magníficas vistas a la montaña! Para toda la familia

Este condominio de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en el lugar ideal para su familia amigable para los niños. A solo 100 yardas del parque Mammoth Creek, puedes pescar en el arroyo, usar el patio de juegos o hacer un picnic en las mesas o en el área cubierta de hierba. ¡Solo un corto paseo cruzando la calle y estás en Vons, tiendas, restaurantes y el cine! El complejo Chateau Blanc también ofrece una gran piscina exterior y jacuzzi. Todo lo que necesitas para entretener a tus pequeños.

El interior de la unidad cuenta con ventanas de piso a techo, estufa de leña, techos abovedados, TV de pantalla plana grande con reproductor de DVD, WiFi de cortesía y vistas sin obstáculos de las montañas Sherwin. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y una litera con dos gemelos, y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, TV y reproductor de DVD.

Este condominio tiene capacidad para un máximo de 8 personas y viene con 2 espacios de estacionamiento al aire libre. Los huéspedes recibirán dos pases de estacionamiento. Si se requiere más estacionamiento del que está asignado, no dude en llamar a nuestra oficina para obtener opciones alternativas. No hay escaleras a esta unidad, dos niveles adentro, y no se permite fumar ni mascotas. TENGA EN CUENTA: no hay acceso a las instalaciones de lavandería en la unidad o en el complejo. Great location

I liked the place if you are a yuppie maybe you wouldn’t like the place - The ONLY thing I didn’t love was the beds were not $3000 mattresses they were a little stiff for me but if it was my place Amazon has $300 memory foam gel ones that rival the $5K beds

Very pleasant.

The living area is great for a group of 7 with an excellent fireplace, well equipped kitchen and a nook for reading or playing cards. We were very comfortable. Mattresses were great and the place very clean. Our only gripe is that we ran out of basic amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, fire starters, matches…. There was certainly not enough supplied for a group of 6 for 5 nights.

My only concern is that the water tank is small so we had to take quick hot showers or waited in between. But overall a good stay for a big group. Close to everything and easily accessible.

The condo was really centrally located and easy to get all restaurants, shopping areas and gas stations. Parking at the condo was really great, especially for three vehicles. And to make it was an end unit with great views of the mountains around Mammoth Lakes. We would definitely rebook another fantastic vacation there. Thank you for a great time!

Well equipped townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, kitchen were well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The living room was very spacious for hanging out. Note that that sauna doesn't exist, it was repurposed for storage. We used the Jacuzzi, but it was so heavily chlorinated that it discolored my swimsuit! The location is super convenient. Vons is almost right across. The bus station is super close and the buses are circling all the time.

Great views, great location, a little dated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a nice late Spring ski weekend in April 2016. The condo is literally behind the Stove parking lot with great windows that overlook the park and face the Sherwins and Mammoth Mountain. Wonderful views if that is your thing, but also so easy to walk to Vons, Mammoth Tavern, or a nice stroll on the McGee Creek path. I liked the balance of being located near the hustle and bustle of the town, but still enjoying the views. We walked to the park with our daughter several times, which was also nice. The layout of the condo is great and comfortably accommodated 6 adults. It could sleep more, but bathrooms might be a little tight since there are only 2. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the gadgets you would need and a few odd spices, etc. My only complaint is that the condo is a little dated -- while some updates have been made like the laminate wood flooring, the kitchen and bathrooms could definitely use a refresh. I also think the "cabiny" feel could be improved by taking down the old, dated paneling. Most of the furniture was very comfortable, but a few pieces could be inexpensively updated (coffee table, card table, sofa in sunroom) and the overall feel would be greatly improved. We had a great stay and would consider renting here again. If the suggested updates were made, we would definitely rent again.

Perfect Mammoth stay

It was in a very convenient location, close to the shuttle stops and Vons. The place was large, warm, and well furnished, and all 8 people slept comfortably. The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans for cooking and plates/utensils for eating.All in all, we couldn't be happier with our stay.

Well equipped, clean, and good LOCATION!

Reviewer Comments: Check in/check out was a breeze, just grab your keys and parking permit at the office, and drop off the keys at the drop off box at the same place. The office is only 2 minutes from the cabin, and there's a Vons right across the street which is a plus if you need to stock up any food/drinks/essentials. Plenty of food nearby as well. 10-15 minutes up to the mountain. The house was 2-story, the only down side is the kitchen and living room are located upstairs, so you need to climb up a stair to bring the food/drinks up. The kitchen, bath, and rooms are all fully equipped and very clean. There're three rooms and two bathrooms, so it's perfect size for a party of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Although there're two bathrooms,we would suggest not to take shower at the same time because hot water is not enough for two showers. So just take turn! We received wrong information in our email regarding to parking arrangement. It says "two assigned parking spots are located in a parking garage numbered #105"; however, we could not find any parking garage in the complex nor any numbered spots. We called the office immediately and figured out the information was incorrect. We just park in front of the house. Overall, the rental experience was better than what we expected. I would recommend this property!

First time taking the kids to Mammoth 01/09/16

Mostly we loved the view, and we spent several hours one day just watching our kids play outside in the snow with a mountain view behind them. While the property was clean and well stocked, the furniture and carpets are pretty old and worn out which you cannot tell from the photos. The top bunk bed did not have a rail, which for my small children meant that none could sleep in it. Luckily we didn't need the 8th bed.
