Hermosa casa personalizada, totalmente accesible para discapacitados, y completamente amigable para los niños. Sus perros también son bienvenidos, con un área cerrada fuera de la cubierta especialmente para ellos. Internet inalámbrico, cable y línea telefónica local. Relájese junto a la chimenea de gas con un libro o juegos (se proporcionan rompecabezas y juegos). O salga a relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje integrada en la gran terraza. Duerme 10 en camas, 2 en sofá cama y 2 más pequeños en una cuna o paquete y jugar. El sofá cama está en el segundo estudio con puertas que se cierran para crear el quinto dormitorio. Communication with the owner was great. Property and house were beautiful. really cool back yard was great for the three families that stayed there…lots of common space but also lots of nooks and crannies to create separation. in the perfect spot, 1 minute to the marina, 3 to the city, 4 to the park. would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay

Birthday Getaway

Katie was very attentive leading up to the stay and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was very clean and pretty well secluded, making for a nice, relaxing stay! I recommend her as a host!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, and just as the pictures showed. It was perfect for our famiiy, we had plenty of room to spread out, and cuddle up. The kitchen was well equipped, it had everything we needed. The views from the deck, and the street were anazing. We would stay here again!

Christmas in Gran Lake

Katie is wonderful. Location is fantastic. The winter storm was beautiful, and subsided on the day in and out. Some restaurants and shops were open.

Grand Lake, Colorado trip

Best vacay yet! The house is amazing! Katie gifted us with a wonderful welcome basket with a nice bottle of wine, brownies and an amazing loaf of bread. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked everyday more because we enjoyed the house so much. Pearl, the property manager met us there and showed us the house and gave us a warm welcome. It is only a few minutes from Grand Lake which is such a neat town. You have amazing views of mountains and Grand Lake. And it's only 5 minutes from Rocky mountain national park. The hot tub was wonderful and the gas fire pit was perfect every night. The beds were comfy We! We will miss Colorado!

Property was great! We had a big group over for dinner the night before our daughter's wedding, then 7 of us enjoyed a stay here. Quiet neighborhood, great host. Our grandson loved playing with all the toys!

Second stay here! Will come again!

We have stayed here twice for a family getaway, and love the place. Roomy, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. Beautiful, natural, quiet environment. Hot tub a real plus, and back porch eating in fine mountain weather delightful. We all (ages 2-1/2 to 77) wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect place for a family get together!

Our family stayed here to celebrate my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful visit! The hot tub, fire pit, and deck were big hits with our group. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and we thought the location was great. I highly recommend this property!

Family get together

Celebrated the 4th of July at this Gem. It was a fantastic weekend. This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and more! We can’t wait to visit again! Easy access, within walking distance to lake beautiful views and so close to town and surrounding towns. Book now , you won’t be disappointed!

Great cabin for families

I stayed with my wife and three kids 12-17 for five nights, and we had a wonderful time. The cabin is a short, convenient drive to Grand Lake but still feels secluded. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom and for board games and a puzzle. We really enjoyed the hot tub when the evening got cool, and the sun room was great for morning coffee. The house was very clean, well equipped, and well maintained.

Cozy Cabin!

Great little cabin above Shadow Mtn. Lake. About a mile from the Grand Lake turnoff off. 4/5 bedrooms. We slept 10 comfortably with plenty of room. Kitchen is wide open to the dining room livingroom was comfy but smaller. Accor ding to all the beds were nice. Hot

Wonderful home

We stayed here 4 years ago and really enjoyed our time. I was a little worried that maybe things had changed (for the worse) and that was not the case. Very well stocked home. Nice location, quiet. The hot tub was a huge hit! Thanks so much Katie!!!

This is No cabin! Delux mountain home

We had a full house and everyone was comfy from toddlers on up! The kitchen/dining area was our constant hang out with family coming and going while we made the most of our stay. We loved it all and hope we are able to return in the future. Katie, the owner was just THE best!!!

Rocky Mountain Park Trip

Our family, which consisted of a 2yo, 11yo and 5 adults stayed in this lovely home. We enjoyed the large kitchen and deck with the hot tub. The laundry was a huge plus as well. We were very close to the park and the town of Grand Lake was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Grand lake

We enjoyed our stay at Katie's property! It was more spacious than anticipated. The outdoor area on the property is awesome- there's a large deck with a fire pit, a campfire and a kids playground. There were lots of games and toys. We definitely recommend Katie's place and would stay there again.

Good Stuff in Grand Lake

This was probably the best location for our yearly family trip. Close to Grand Lake yet it felt secluded. Fire pit area was a big hit with cooking and guitar playing. The house is tidy with plenty of space. Kitchen is open and allows for many chefs to spoil the soup. If we decide to go back to this part of Colorado, we will stay here again. Katie was very responsive and check-in was a breeze.

We love taking in the beauty of Grand Lake year round and know you will, too! After living full time in this picturesque mountain town for many years and working in the resort industry here, we know about hospitality and what makes this local area so special and welcoming. You can stroll downtown Grand Lake and enjoy the shops, restaurants and views. Also, our home is in a perfect location to take advantage of the endless outdoor recreational activities all year long. Rocky Mountain National Park is a VERY close neighbor to our vacation home. We can't be in Grand Lake all the time now, so we hope you will enjoy our home for us while we are away!

Grand Lake is home--to residents and travelers alike. It is a little slice of heaven, perfect for family time, outdoor activity, and peace. This house is SO EASY to stay in. The theme of our feedback and reviews is that all ages love it (something for everyone) and the house is very well stocked for all your needs.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home is a 1/4 mile from Highway 34 but you wouldn't know it sitting up on the ridge and enjoying the view. The property is around 1 acre with a huge kids' play structure, and campfire area with picnic tables and benches. Dogs have a fenced area right off the deck, so you can let them out without worrying the wild animals will get them! The hot tub is clean and built right into the deck to get in and out of easily. Kitchen is big, easy to use, has double ovens, gas range, and plenty of counter space. We have lived in Grand Lake for years, and have all the local tips, information, and connections you need!
