Completamente renovado para el verano de 2019 !! ¡Este fabuloso apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en un dúplex cuenta con pisos, cocina y baños nuevos! Cerca de una de las mejores playas de surf de Newport y a pocos pasos de la arena. Esta es una casa de playa perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares. Ha sido decorado profesionalmente y completamente amueblado con todo lo que necesita para su hogar lejos del hogar.

Al entrar por la puerta principal, entras en la sala de estar con techos abovedados, amplios asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana. Dirigiéndose hacia el frente de la propiedad, encontrará una puerta corredera que conduce a un patio con vistas a la playa, una barbacoa y una mesa, sillas y sombrilla.

Al retroceder en la propiedad hay un pintoresco comedor justo al lado de la cocina totalmente blanca y recientemente remodelada. La unidad de lavandería apilada está justo al lado de la cocina, una comodidad que no siempre se encuentra en las casas de playa.

Al final del pasillo hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos recién remodelados. 3 televisores: sala de estar y primeros 2 dormitorios. SLP12937

Beautiful Beach House

Property was as listed. Very clean, functional, comfortable and ideal location. Short walk to the beach, close to parks and close proximity to many places to eat. We have rented in Newport for many years and this property is definitely one we'll consider for future stays.

Beautiful Home, Management Needs Improvements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself is gorgeous. One block from the beach, the location can't be beat. It's recently been renovated and the kitchen/patio is wonderful for small groups. However, our overall experience was quite unpleasant due to the fact that the guaranteed parking spot was unavailable for the first 1.5days of our stay, there was only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, there were no paper towels on the holder, and there was a bag of dirty linens left in the living room from the previous renters. Although the house itself was great, I would be hesitant to rent from this company again due to their unresponsiveness and maintenance/cleaning services.

Beware- it has no AC (which was disclosed) but it is HOT! There wasn’t much of a breeze that came through the windows and the front sliding glass door needs some work to be able to open it. The pictures of the place look much better than it is. Needs work. It was fine for what we needed it for, sleeping, otherwise we really weren’t there.

We new the one bathroom would be an inconvenience. And the parking space is for a compact car only. The house also did not include many things as far as toiletries, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc that would be expected. I have rented beach homes before where all these items are stocked as well as coffee and other nice touches. The house also could have been cleaned much more thouroughly.

Beach House Close to the Sand

Reviewer Comments: First, the positive features of the home: it was convenient, close to the sand, clean, queen beds in each room, close to food, bike rentals, etc. Overall, the description on the website was accurate. However, there were several things that were disappointing. First, the property sleeps 8. The kitchen lacks many basic items you would expect when feeding a family of 8, such as: no pot holders, no dish towels, no sponge, no large frying pan (2 small ones), no salad or mixing bowls, the cookie sheet was too big so the oven door wouldn't close with the cookie sheet inside. Also,the ice maker was broken (4 ice trays were provided), there were NO additional kitchen trash bags other than the 1 that was inside the trash can when we arrived! Before our vacation, I called NBVP 3 times and emailed once, to ask about the contents of the kitchen. My email was not answered and when I called to follow up, the property mgr. said she didn't get it. I was told she would call me back with an answer to my questions, but she never did. Finally, on my 3rd try, I was told that they didn't know what was included in the kitchen. It's up to each property owner. There was no list of included items. :( Finally, the maintenance man came twice, in the middle of our stay, while we were home, to measure and install a screen door. We were given no advance notice for either visit, as is required by the lease.

The only way 2 cars can fit in this space is if the car is size of a Prius or similar size.The ceilings are thin so you can hear the above unit even walking around if you are not a heavy sleeper pack ear plugs. Besides that the house was clean updated and in a great location.

It's not at all fancy, but the décor is cute and comfortable and the bedrooms are large. The bathroom is fairly basic, but totally fine. Location is perfect. Price is right. I would come back here myself and recommend to a friend. My only complaint is the pillow were fairly lumpy.

The shower doors in one of the bathrooms need to be put on runners as the doors just sway back and forth. Something bad there is going to happen with someone falling into the tub. Perfect beach getaway

Located steps from the sand, this property is perfectly situated in a quieter part of Newport Beach, but is still within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and bars. We enjoyed dinners and afternoons on the front patio and had everything we needed to bbq or cook meals. We would definitely go back to this unit!

Beautiful home steps away from the sand

This house was stunning on the inside. The garage is a bit small, the people renting above us had quite a large car so we weren’t able to park ours in there for a few days. It was also extremely hot inside the house, we constantly had the fans blowing because there is no AC in homes near the beach. Overall, this house was beautiful and perfect for the time being. Parking and the heat are normal adversities when coming to Newport, but other than that, our stay was awesome!
