Tybee Soulshine is a 2BR/2.5 Bath quiet oasis on Tybee Island's North Beach. The townhouse boasts screened-in and non-screened porches, ocean and lighthouse views. The back of the property borders a bird sanctuary and beach chairs and gear are available for your use. This property is beautifully appointed with original artwork and a sunny yoga room. It is happy and welcoming and a wonderful respite for your Tybee Vacation. The comfortable beds and sound of the waves from the bedrooms will asurere a wonderful restful sleep. Although it is located on the most quiet part of the beach, it is walking distance to the Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Tybee Post Theatre, the Farmers Market and the best restaurants on Tybee (Sundae Cafe, North Beach Bar & Grill , Back River Brewery, Sea Wolf and Salt Island Fish & Beer.)

I love sharing this little slice of Tybee with my guests! I've lived in this very unit since 1989 and I got very lucky finding such a cool, quiet part of the beach back then. These days, I sometimes live in my hometown, Knoxville, TN and while there, I get to share my home with guests who, fortunately, tend to love it as much as I do.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Back when I moved to Tybee in 1989 and bought Tybee Soulshine, Tybee was a sleepy little island with only 300 year round residents. I loved Tybee Soulshine because it was on the beach and off the beaten path. Fast forward to today and the rest of the island has gotten much more populated and touristy (although still a quirky throw back of the island. Given that, I am now even happier to be in this quiet neighborhood. The best part... is that the island is only 3 miles long and one mile wide, so you can still be a part of the fun (if you want) but sleep with peace & quiet!

From the primary bedroom, you can watch the sunrise from bed... or walk across the private beach access to dip your toes in the water while you watch the sunrise! Because the beach access is private, the beautiful beach at Tybee Soulshine is unpopulated and quiet! The decor is soulful and contains original artwork, yoga & spiritual books. The office has a wide-open floor for yoga (or an air mattress - Ha ha!).
