Epic ocean views from the new 14' deck. Soak in the brand new Bullfrog hottub and watch as ships pass and dolphins frolic! Watch the sunrise and enjoy a coffee or take 47 steps and watch it from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Enjoy your stay on the quiet side of Tybee, pictures don't do this property justice!

We loved our time on Tybee! The views and sounds of the ocean were incredible from the deck .Tracy’s recommendations were perfect! We loved our time at 47 Steps to the Beach !

Wonderful Honeymoon Stay!We had a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon! Tracy, the host, was absolutely amazing—she far exceeded our expectations and was extremely helpful all the way through our stay. When we accidentally left behind an expensive heated blanket, she went out of her way to ship it to our door, which meant a lot to us. The view from the kitchen and balcony is gorgeous, especially watching the huge cargo ships go by.Tybee Island is such a great getaway, and coming in the fall was perfect with fewer tourists around. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, and we also biked to a few spots and easily got an Uber when needed.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Tracy, for making our honeymoon so memorable!

Yep, it is just a short walk to a very nice beach. That's a real plus since you can go sit with a coffee in the morning, have a cocktail while watching sunsets, all without lugging an entire beach day's worth of stuff back and forth as you would otherwise.The hosts were very accommodating. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. The place is super clean as well. We walked to several local restaurants for good eats and a liquor store for our adult beverage supply.The best recommendation: we'll be back.

Great beach house close to Savannah.

The house was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great hot tub on the deck. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.i had never been to Tybee before. Very nice area to relax on the beach.

Cozy & Clean

This home checked off all of our boxes for a beach vacation. We could simply walk a minute to the beach with the wagon of beach gear in tow. The interior is very CLEAN with plenty of amenities, the off-street parking is safe and convenient, and the hot tub is a terrific bonus. The owners are very good at what they do. They handled all communications quickly, and check in was a breeze. Definitely will stay again.

Perfect location

As other reviews have mentioned- this location is even more lovely than the photos show. Tracy is very knowledgeable and friendly. She recommended Captain Derek’s Dolphin tour, which I would highly recommend. We loved being able to go back and forth from the beach easily and spent hours on the deck just reading and watching the ocean. I’d recommend bringing binoculars to watch all the boats and dolphins going by.

Everything you need for an amazing beach vacation!

We couldn’t say enough good things about this trip. First of all, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They have truly thought of everything that you need to have a perfect beach vacation and included that in the property. We traveled with our 1 year old (which is definitely challenging in itself), but this house and its amenities made it easy for us to enjoy our time at the beach! All of the beach supplies we needed (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc,) were already loaded up on the wagon, and ready for the short walk to the beach. We had planned to go out to eat one night at a restaurant, but ended up staying in to grill steaks on the patio, because the back patio was so nice and enjoyable. This trip was definitely the relaxing time my husband and I needed to spend with each other and our little girl!

Beautiful place

Had everything you would need, and there was something you was missing she happy to help. Love the location and the easyness it was to get to the beach and store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would love to go back again.

Wonderful stay!

My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. The house had everything we needed, including great access to the beach! The sliding/louvered doors to the bathroom left little to the imagination, but was more than fine for the two of us. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Tybee Island getaway

Had a great time. The kocation is awesome with a beautiful sunrise/ocean view off the balcony. Steps to an awesome beach. Check in was simple. The owners were responsive and knowledgeable. Great people!! Definitely recommend this stay

Really 47 steps!

This house is perfect for an ocean gateway! We had fun and relax! Super closed to the beach. Well equipped with all the essential and more you can possible need! Tracy and her family all very kind! Don’t doubt go for it!

I live next door with my husband, 2 sons, 3 cats, and our 14 year old lab mix, Zoey. After my husband retired from the US military, we made the decision to call Tybee home. We have been hosting for 2.5 years now, and take a lot of pride in helping our guests have the most magical time on Tybee Island.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The name of this property says it all.....47 Steps to the beach. The location is close enough to the strip to join in, but far enough away to avoid the noise when you are ready to unwind and just relax. The balcony offers an amazing view of the shipping channel, and is the perfect place for morning coffee. It's just amazing to be able to visit the beach, and not have to fight traffic, and search for parking, then tote all of your beach gear done to the water's edge.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The best feature of this house is the proximity to the ocean. Literally just steps away, no need to cross a busy road to get to the water. The cottage was fully renovated in 2021, and the balcony in 2023. It is a comfortable cottage, with everything you need to feel right at home.
