If you been to the villages, then you know our house is in an area where you will want to stay. The neighborhood is established with a tropical feel and very quiet. Minutes to Lake Sumter landing. Lake Sumter has it all with shopping, variety of restaurants, movie theatre, boat tours of the lake, free nightly entertainment, as well as executive and championship golf courses. The home is in a desirable location within the neighborhood of Mallory and is just minutes to Mallory adult pool and Coconut Cove family pool. The 18-hole Mallory Hills Golf and Country Club is close by for golf enthusiasts. The home is near multiple recreation centers that have many indoor and outdoor activities. You can get the temporary resident ID for $50.00 and golf for free at 40 executive courses. The villages have 119 pools to enjoy, or play pickleball at one of the 230 pickleball courts. Want to play tennis? There are 47 tennis courts. Play bocce, shuffleboard, or take a class. So much to explore.

The home is on a large corner lot. Tropical curb appeal and an inviting front porch with two rocking chairs. Home is professionally decorated with new furnishings, bedding and linens. You will get a good nights sleep on these mattresses. A water filtration system was recently installed. The home comes with High-speed internet. Home has an open floor plan with lots of natural light and ceiling fans throughout. Freshly painted interior with tall ceilings creates a spacious feel and the flooring is tile. The open living room and dining room leads to a climate controlled fully furnished private lanai with floor to ceiling windows that open with screens that overlook the flagstone patio with privacy landscaping and custom blinds.

Living room includes a 75" smart tv, two recliners, sofa, and oversize swivel chair and ottoman. The dining area is light and bright and seats six. Kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, breakfast bar with four bar stools. The kitchen is stocked and has a dual coffee maker, toaster, blender, stand mixer, and crockpot. We created a perfect spot for sipping coffee/wine with two very comfortable chairs that are placed by two large windows to enjoy the outdoor view.

Primary bedroom has a King bed with a 65" smart tv, oversize swivel chair with ottoman, dresser, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. Ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, tiled shower and a large walk-in closet. The guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, 65" smart tv, large dresser and ceiling fan. Guest Bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combo. The third bedroom we made it into a home office/den with a 35" Ultra-wide curved monitor, executive office chair, 47" adjustable height desk, two swivel chairs, and a 55" smart tv. Plug in your laptop and enjoy this professionally decorated office. . Guest bedroom and office are on separate sides of the home from the primary bedroom.

The lanai is furnished with a sofa, ottoman, dining for six, and a wine/cocktail bar to enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments on a tranquil Florida night. Also, we have an Arcade 1Up Infinity Game Board with many preloaded games.

We fell in love with our home because of its beauty, location, rolling hills, and quiet neighborhood. Best of all, an easy ride to any of our beautiful Squares. We would like to share our beautiful home with you for the most wonderful stay. This home is set up for comfort, so you can experience all The Village Lifestyle has to offer. Parking in Garage has room for one car. We leave our personnel belongings on one side of the garage. We do have a ring cameras at the front and side of the home. Our home is not suitable for young children. We have written a guide for the home that will provide the information you need to have an enjoyable stay. We include a local property management service to assist you if needed. We also offer a meet and greet through our property management if you would like more information on the villages while you are here.
