Tynlee es una hermosa casa de vacaciones ubicada en la codiciada comunidad de Hampton Lakes. Esta hermosa casa cuenta con dos dormitorios principales, ambos con baño privado. Los dos baños principales cuentan con bañera y ducha separadas, y una de ellas cuenta con una bañera de jardín de estilo.

Hay una piscina de gran tamaño y terraza cubierta para nadar o relajarse fuera del sol y muebles de patio para stting y descansar.

Hampton Lakes ofrece una piscina comunitaria, voleibol, tenis, baloncesto y un parque infantil para los niños pequeños y está a sólo unos minutos del campo de golf de clase mundial ChampionsGate y Walt Disney World.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really clean which is always a good thing. Location is great, close to shopping and Disney, but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle when you just want some quiet relaxation. Pool was nice and got really warm but could use a resurfacing soon. There’s no fence across the very back of the backyard, however wasn’t really an issue in terms of privacy as the neighbours behind have a bunch of bushes/hedges. We had a bunch of bikes with us to store in the advertised garage space however there was a minivan with a flat tire parked semi-sideways inside that we weren’t aware was going to be there so that was probably the only annoying thing as it took up almost all of the garage space. We made it work but it was cumbersome to take 5 bikes in and out and making sure we didn’t hit the van every time. It was a bit cumbersome to get around the van also when doing laundry trying to squeeze by it to get to the washer/dryer with a basket full of clothes. The neighbourhood is great. We stay in that area all the time as we have extended family who also own a home on the same street.

Great Orlando House

House was very clean and had everything in the listing. Distance to theme parks was reasonable. Orlando traffic is horrible, but not the properties fault :) Would stay at this location again!

Theme Park Vacation

Centrally located between Orlando and Tampa theme parks, but traffic on I4 is horrible(expect a minimum of 40min. delays) every day in the week. For this reason I would pick another rental location.

We will definitely be booking again. Only thing I would change is the master bedrooms bed could be a little softener. But we will definitely be back soon.

April 2019 Stay

Home was wonderful , very peaceful and quiet neighborhood . Pool was definitely a must !! My only one complaint is neighbor we were using pool at 1 pm and he came out screaming at us telling us to go back where we came from “ there were 3 adults in pool and 2 children one who was developmentally delayed. There were labels everywhere which helped out a lot , I love how room were private and we had 3 bathrooms , we will def be back to visit thank you !

Awesome home

Our family stayed here and the house was awesome , it was clean , comfortable and the heated pool topped it off it was so refreshing to go in the pool either in the morning or evening the water temp was wonderful. I appreciated the fence around the pool so my grandkids couldn’t go in the pool on their own. There were pool toys for them to play with. The beds were very comfortable. The home was was in a gated community and was within a half hour drive within malls or theme parks. There was a Publix store and massage places close by as well I highly recommend this home there were 7 of us here and plenty of room for all of us can’t say enough about this outstanding home hope to come back again would definitely stay here !!!!!!

It was ok.

The floor of is dirty or at least appears to be dirty. Toilets do not work properly. They backed up all week. 2 of them did. Called for a plunger but never received one. One was supposed to be delivered. All rooms were clean and well kept. Decor was ver nice. Over all it was an ok stay. I’m 50/50 on recommending this house to another person.

My issues with the house are as follows - The toilets backed up for most of the week. - called management for a plunger and one was never delivered. It did not appear to be one in the house. Owner had closets that I was not allowed in. - the pool looked dirty as well, especially on the floor. Overall a good stay.

the house is very comfortable and nice !! all good!! but the only drawback was 1 neighbor with the house number 636, since we arrived the first day he was shouting that we should be silent and that he had to call the police at 8:40 to 9 p.m., our family has been renting for 10 years and nothing has ever happened and I say again, only the neighbor was very bad and he even took pictures in the cars and us.
