¡Ofrece alojamiento espacioso, con aire acondicionado, bellamente amueblado, excelente ubicación céntrica cerca de la I-4, US-27 y HWY192!

'Key Villa - The Disney Retreat está ubicado en una comunidad de alquiler popular de
Sandy Ridge, Davenport, Orlando.

Sandy Ridge, Davenport es una comunidad vacacional ubicada dentro de una exuberante conservación y está idealmente ubicada a poca distancia de los populares parques temáticos y atracciones de Florida Central (las principales puertas de Disney son
solo a unos 15 minutos en coche). Esta comunidad bien ajardinada también tiene su propia área de juegos para niños para aquellos 'pequeños' que aún tienen mucha energía después de un día en los parques temáticos.




Estar cerca de excelentes rutas como la Interestatal 4 y la Autopista 192 hace que planear esos días importantes en parques, playas o compras sea mucho más fácil. La hermosa costa de Florida también es de fácil acceso y tiene muchas playas excelentes para ofrecer, desde las tranquilas arenas blancas de St Pete's hasta el rápido ritmo de Clearwater, y una de las más cercanas (Cocoa Beach) está a poco más de una hora en auto, definitivamente vale la pena una visita.


Aunque los golfistas tendrán muchas opciones cuando se trata de campos de golf, Sandy Ridge se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche del popular Champions Gate Golfing Resort, que ofrece excelentes campos de campeonato para todos los discapacitados. Un supermercado y varias otras tiendas abrieron en 2008 dentro de un par de minutos en coche de nuestra casa de alquiler de vacaciones con tiendas adicionales y algunos excelentes restaurantes ubicados un poco más adelante en Champions Gate, con mucho más próximamente (Campeones 'Down Town' Portón). El nuevo centro comercial Posner Park, ubicado justo al lado de la US-27, acaba de abrir sus puertas a algunas de las nuevas tiendas con más aperturas desde mediados de 2008 y durante todo 2009 y con la autopista 192 que ofrece una gran cantidad de tiendas de regalos, puntos de venta de alimentos, helicópteros. paseos, una variedad de actividades familiares divertidas, hay mucha diversión para todos.

Great place to stay

Property was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. We did not have any issues. Host checked on us shortly after we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a quiet peaceful vacation and hope to stay here again when in the area.

Disney trip Christmas ‘23

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

We had the time of our lives at this villa,we are a family of 5 with 3 children age 3-10 years,they absolutely loved the house and cried when we were leaving,they couldnt get enough of the pool and loved having cable in their own rooms,I highly recommend this property and will be booking again when we return to florida.

We enjoyed our stay! It was so great going straight out of the living room into the heated pool and hot tub each morning and evening. The listing was exactly as described. Any messages to the owner were handled promptly. The beds were comfortable. The living room was cozy and great for our family of 4. The game room was a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the SunRail train. .

It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Christmas 2024 was a blast

We had a wonderful week. Traveled as a family with mature (18) children. Everyone had their own space, plenty of room and all the comforts they needed. Home is well supplied and suited our needs. There is lots nearby for shopping, eating and entertainment. You do need a vehicle to get to those places but it's worth the drive. With a farm in the backyard, we enjoyed the privacy it gave us in the pool area. Plus it was fun to watch the animals as they grazed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home in a great location!

For the first time ever, I found the property even nicer than the photos showed! This home was quite large and we enjoyed being able to spread out. However, when we wanted to enjoy a meal together, there was a large dining table; and the living room hosts a large comfy sectional. We stayed here to enjoy the Disney parks, and each one was around 20 minutes or less away. We’ll be very happy to rebook this property in the near future!

Great rental

Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Excellent property, great location

Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be. Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues. Would definitely stay again.

Second year was even better!

OMG! This year was even better, we did not want to leave that house, the location is perfect, so close to kissimmee and at the same time, so quiet like out in the country...The house and the property are very clean and well-maintained, Carl was easy to contact and responded to us asap. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We already book for next year and we can not wait! Perry and Christine

The best home away from home ever.

We visited this property for the first time in 2020 for 3 days and said it was the best vacation ever. We missed it so much that we returned 5 months later and had planned to stay for only 9 nights. But as the last days of our vacation began to approach so did the depression of leaving. We reached out to Carl and Leona in hopes of extending and with in no time we we had two more days in our on little private world. However that still wasn't enough and we will be returning again before the year is out.

Overall a great property everything just as listed. The only issue not a big problem more of a keep in mind..As some stated the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work the owner should consider purchasing a counter top portable ice machine very inexpensive fix. Also one person in our group was disabled and could not use the pool as no hand rails..overall very nice location and great home would stay again

Summer Vacation 2013

We stayed at the Keyvilla-The Disney Retreat for our family vacation. It was just perfect! ?Rooms are extremely clean, spacious and well equipped with 2 large en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. Coming back to the house after long days at the park we enjoyed the spacious pool – not to mention the spa. The Keyvilla-The Disney Retreat is a perfect destination for vacations (or a special trip, such as a family reunion, anniversary, birthday celebration)! Overall it’s a great place to stay. It’s a 20 to 30 minute ride to most parks and the complex has a great playground for the kids. Carl was wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic views at rear of property, pool and built in spa, New and exciting games room with Disco lights and Led light features. Very easy access to parks, 15 minutes to Disney and 25 minutes to Universal and Seaworld, along I-4. Close to Champions gate and local shops and restaurants. Peaceful location on a quite community

The best aspect we feel of the home is its view of the beautiful fields and animals that roam around them, cows, horses, birds. its a joy to sit out by the pool and be right next to nature.
