Este edificio ofrece una piscina enorme y sorprendente con sillas para la piscina y excelentes áreas comunes para disfrutar de los jardines. No hay nada como este edificio en el centro de la ciudad. También puede hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio o jugar al billar en la sala de juegos. La sala de juegos también se utiliza como centro multimedia. El edificio cuenta con una zona de aparcamiento subterráneo. No será un problema si tienes dos coches.


El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios y está ubicado en el segundo piso con 2 1/2 baños. Cubre una superficie de unos 130 metros cuadrados.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience for 2024 was again excellent, our third year and every year has been great.Due to the age of the Sabbia the owners must start upgrading some of the units to keep up with all the new developments .

This years Playa trip

Property was pretty good. Grounds were kept up very well and staff were around all the time. The location is a good location for the areas we like to frequent. Pool area was nice but no drinking is allowed in the area around the pool. I knew this ahead of time but still missed a cold beer by the pool. All in all I was satisfied with the choice to stay at this property.

No impressed with PlayaMoments - seriously disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 3rd stay at Sabbia (Playa Del Carmen) in 5 years. The first two stays were arranged through PlayaMoments, which personally manages 20 units in the complex. This year, We experienced a change with staff within the real estate management firm as well as within the condo complex itself. None for the better as you will soon read.In 2017 and 2018, as customers to PlayaMoments (PM), we were treated with dignity and respect (Luna). The staff was there to cater to our needs and to respond when needed in support of a comfortable stay. Staff seemed aware of the building and customers within and availed themselves at every turn in an unobtrusive way. Also, the Sabbia front desk staff were kind, fun, and supported us with ideas as to which parts of the local region to visit with tips as to navigating the landscape and the locals (and tricksters that take advantage of ignorant tourists). This year, the front desk staff had changed over to one main individual who was rude, never smiled, unwelcoming and down-right bossy in approach. Also, an issue was their lack of command with the English language. Unlike before, communication was an issue, and for a condominium complex to cater to so many English-speaking tourists, staff MUST be bilingual. This older gentleman was not, yet he communicated his distaste for me and my family as guests plainly with body language, expression, and approach.Working with Nadia, having taken over from Luna at PM, was a different experience and one with which i am still baffled. First of all, i was promised a 10% discount on my third stay with PM and Sabbie. It took me two months and over 10 texts, emails, and face-to-face conversations to get it. Immeasurable excuses for why the credit wasn't applied and provided was given with little solution until late in my trip when things really got challenging: I'm running out of space so in sum, no accountability, no honestly, and they don't know the building from which they rent space.

Perfect in every way!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, modern and well kept. We enjoyed sitting around the pool in the morning prior to a day of activities. Luna meant us and gave us some great tips on where to go to eat. The condo is great, more than enough room for the family and was close to everything. We travelled with our 2 small kids and the pool was great for them and us. Lots of sun in the morning and just a quick walk to 5th ave for breakfast after. The beach was a quick walk and the beach chairs and umbrella were great to have in the condo.This was not our first time renting condos in Playa and I must say it was the best. The place is very tastefully decorated and very clean. The openness of the condo made us feel right at home, very roomy with large bedrooms and baths. The location is second to none and ideal for walking around playa.The condo has everything we needed to prepare our meals. We felt right at home and treated as it was our own. The condo is conveniently located facing the pool and easy access to the elevator. From the condo, is an easy walk to the beach, ferry, ADO Bus Stations, Walmart and Mega. We truly had found our home away from home.

Electricity is very expensive,5 pesos/Kw.

Sabbia Rental a very pleasant Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed Sabbia. Great pool. Only a couple of blocks to 5th Avenue and about another block or 2 to Mamita's Beach. Loved the condo. Very modern and very quiet. Our blender broke and it was replaced within hours. Felt very safe with the security. The only negative experience was check out was 11:00 and when our transfer for the airport arrived at 11:30 I was a bit panicked as we had not yet had our check out inspection. I was worried USA Transfers would not wait but they did. I also locked myself out of my bedroom one night and had to wait until 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning to get in my room but ended up crashing on the couch. Overall a positive experience and we hope to return next winter. Definitely not for the young party crowd as they will shut it down immediately which I appreciated. Staff very friendly.
