La seguridad las 24 horas significa que este retiro en la azotea es seguro, seguro y cómodo en el medio del vecindario más emocionante de Playa, Coco Beach / Zazil-Ha, a solo 2 minutos a pie de lo mejor de 5th Avenue o Coco Beach, con más de media docena de clubes de playa a 10 minutos a pie. Un auto es verdaderamente opcional, pero hay un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado si usted alquila un auto.

Disfrute del excelente clima y la brisa en la privacidad de nuestra cubierta de techo con una piscina de inmersión. O, para una experiencia más social, la piscina comunitaria en la azotea de Meridian está a solo unos pasos más allá de la puerta. El techo es tranquilo y combina la sombra y el sol para un retiro privado que nunca abandonará. Hay una ducha al aire libre, un baño y una zona de barbacoa. Es un escape privado con vistas a la ciudad (nota, no hay vistas al océano desde el condominio).

El condominio es perfecto para dos parejas con dos habitaciones con baño privado (rey y una reina), además de medio baño en la sala de estar y otro baño en la cubierta del techo. También tiene lavadora / secadora en el apartamento. Esta unidad de esquina está inundada de luz y tiene más de 300 pies cuadrados de terrazas envolventes que crean una excelente vida al aire libre. Si te gusta fusionar vida interior y exterior con mucho sol y brisa, simplemente no hay mejor condominio en Playa.

Estamos orgullosos de haber invertido en energía solar y somos Net Zero, lo que significa que producimos más electricidad de la que consumimos, pero aún necesitamos su ayuda para tener cuidado con el consumo. Nos apasiona la energía solar y nos complace compartir nuestra experiencia y opciones de diseño.

Playa del Carmen Vacation

We spent a week in Playa del Carmen and enjoyed having this rental as our home base. It is exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly, it was close to a beach, to La Quinta Avenida and some excellent restaurants. We had a great time and would rent this condo again.

Ideal Condo Rental Option in Playa Del Carmen

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is safe, quiet, lots of space and well located close to the beach and everything 5th Ave commercial strip has to offer. My family really enjoyed the rooftop pool and private rooftop terrace. Great value, everything you could ask for if you’re looking for your own private place in Playa outside the all inclusive hotel chaos set. Would definitely return. Great communication from host Peter. Thank you for our stay.

Very Nice Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at 311 Meridian in Playa del Carmen. It's reasonably close to the ocean and a few minutes from 5th avenue. The condo was secure, clean and had everything one needs. The rooftop area was particularly nice. So was the pool. Grocery shopping is not that far away and there are plenty of restaurants around. You don't need a car. Very nice.

Amazing, everything you want and need!

Peter and Cheryll were amazing! They were very helpful not only with info on local shopping, beaches and restaurants, but random questions I would text them. The maid service was impeccable and the condo was equipt with everything you could possibly need regardless of your ideal vacation needs the condo it self is a lovely secured building with very helpful staff and I would gladly call this condo my home away again and again. Great Condo in a Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Meridian, Condo 311! Peter and Cheryll were so helpful and accommodating and it was so nice to meet them during our stay. They provided us with lots of detailed information prior to our trip, which we found very helpful. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We usually ate breakfast and lunch in the condo, and dinner out at one of the many restaurants in Playa. The location was ideal...so handy to both the beach and 5th Avenue. We always felt safe and were never bothered by noise at night. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The only time we took cabs was when we had grocery bags to carry back. We met some lovely people in the building, everyone was friendly as were the maintenance and security staff and the management company. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back to stay here again!

Comfortable, Quiet Property

We worked most days and it is not easy to find separate working spaces. It works fine if you cooperate with your co-worker(s) re: conference calls and have some flexibility but that was the only thing that could have been better for us (we had no expectations from the listing). The wifi does not reach the roof very well which limits options (it is best directly above the router with the sliding doors open). On the main floor, the internet was the fastest and most reliable we’ve had in Mexico (consistently >100 mbps <300 mbps) - not a single hiccup over ~3 weeks and simultaneous teleconferences.

Location, Location, Location!

Where to begin? First of all, the properties hosts Peter and Cheryll are very helpful and informative. The space is full of light, comfort and quite large for relaxing and dining. We loved the roof top deck as well because it was almost like having another outdoor apartment on top of the main living space. Lovely appointed built ins, outdoor grill and dining room served for our more “al fresco” meals. Tons of very private space for sun bathing, reading or even taking an outdoor shower. All the bathrooms are beautiful and very comfortable with the latest plumbing and gorgeous modern fixtures. Well thought out throughout, the property doesn’t disappoint. We would have to say however that this condo’s Location is a perfect 10. Did you ever want to be close to the action and yet enjoy a quiet more peaceful street with a neighborhood feel? Well this property offers just that. A very short walk (about 3 blocks) to the main shopping and restaurants and also just a few blocks walk to the beaches! If you would also like to swim in a pool, the rooftop pool shared by the buildings other tenants is very private and the perfect size. We can’t say enough how pleased we were with our stay and really look forward to returning again soon. Playa Del Carmen AND this lovely condo truly has everything.

Perfect for my family!

I will start off by saying I also rent out properties on VRBO and recognize the importance of honest reviews. I stayed here for three weeks with my wife and 2 year old son. It is on the third floor of a walk up building so people with mobility issues may have trouble. It is 36 stairs up(counted every time with my son). The condo is very well appointed, from games in the entertainment unit, to beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Peter and his wife Cheryl could not have been any more accommodating by answering my many questions and giving great advice to places to go and see. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings though out were perfect. Kitchen had everything that you need. The cleaning staff and security were great. The roof top patio space is fantastic and I spent many evenings at the BBQ with a glass of wine. A water cooler for drinking was great and a refill was easy to get by leaving out the front door. The hammock chairs were so comfortable that I have already ordered one for home. The only negative I have is one that the entire area has to contend with. There are some issues with water pressure or having water at all on some occasions . It happened to us 2 times in 3 weeks with only an hour delay until the water came back on. This means the ultimately the rooftop 2 person tub is really not practical. These issues would not stop me from booking this unit again as it is such a great space. 2 streets from the beach and 2 streets from the quiet end of 5th ave. Walking distance to all but in a safe quiet area. We had a fantastic stay and would love to still be there.

Excellent séjour

Superbe condo à 2 coins de rue de la mer et très près de la 5e... accès facile à la 38 au coin du reso La Piola.... pour son Martini Basilic. Nous avons profité du BBQ et du bel aménagement sur le roof top pour de belles petites soirée. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien mais ne se rend par sur le roof top. Très propre, beaucoup de serviettes et literie. Cuisine très bien équipée. Je vais référer à mes amis! Merci Peter et Sheryl!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations in an urban setting accessible to all of Playa

Luxury penthouse set among lush tropical gardens in the heart of PDC. The owners provided every amenity including wifi, A/C in every room, washer/dryer. Spacious private rooftop deck connecting to beautiful pool and lounge area for use of all building residents. Access to beaches, transportation, shopping and restaurants.

Perfect location and amazing condo

We loved our stay at the condo, the location is perfect. The owners were incredibly helpful with helping us find the best restaurants in town as well as anything else we needed. The condo has everything you could need and the patio is amazing for evening drinks etc. The only improvements I could see are a hot tub instead of a juccizi and better wifi as it was difficult to stream a movie one night( although you shouldn’t be on wifi too much in Mexico anyways! ). Cheers definitely would stay again if we decided to go to playa another time in the future.

Location, convenient, peacefull

My wife and stayed here for Christmas and is was great .if anyone likes to stay in playa this is it. for only two blocks from 5th ave. it's amazingly quiet. The condo was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated we must say we have stay at many places in playa before and this place is a real winner

Beautiful Playa Del Carmen Property

We just spent a week in this beautiful, well decorated, well furnished condo in the best part of Playa Del Carmen. The until was everything as described by the owners with no details left out, right down to providing beach gear. Our favorite part was the outdoor living space on the roof top, where we spent time each morning and evening including cooking some meals on the commercial grade grill set. The owners were extremely helpful prior to the trip in providing details on the area; beaches, bars; restaurants; shopping; car rentals, taxis, places of interest, banks etc. This helped us get in vacation mode from the moment we arrived. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it our top choice on a return trip.

An Amazing place, great to relax or entertain.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed cooking in as well as going to restaurants that are very close. The AC works good, the water was hot and had plenty of pressure, the condo is very clean. If you are considering this condo for your stay, we would highly recommend it!

Great location - tons of light and well equipped.

In an ideal location for us - we were able to walk anywhere (did take a taxi to Mega for 50-pesos). The apartment is nicely furnished, and the bed linens were especially comfy. Because it's a corner condo, there is a large number of opening windows and doors so we rarely needed the AC as there was a decent breeze almost every day. Entire neighborhood is pretty quiet, though there was one evening where the beach clubs cranked-up a bit for a festival. We had such a great time in Playa, and look forward to returning soon!

Great Location

The condo was a in a great location close to 5th and all the great restaurants. If you like Italian, home made pizza, try Piolo which is at Calle 38 and 1 Avenida. We stated for a little over 2 weeks and didn't cook much in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped. We were hoping for a BBQ on the roof top which would have allowed us to spend more time up there. Peter was very helpful during our stay as was the management company. The location allowed us to take a ferry to Cozumel and explore areas off of 5th avenue.t in great shape due to the summer and fall rains The beach wasn't great due to the fall storms but we did walk north and through a resort parking lot and a small path that led to a very nice beach. The condo is also equipped with beach chairs that you strap on your back with storage and umbrellas. You can walk north on this beach for hours. Grocery stores are close by, say a 20 minute walk to one and Walmart is another 10 minutes past this grocery store. We shopped at a local butcher on Calle 20 and 38 avenue, almost at the highway. There is also a local market on the way where you can get fresh produce. Thanks Peter for the great experience.

Great Condo

The Condo was very nice, well equiped. The 2 beach chairs were a nice touch, 4 would have been better. The water bottles and beach bags were such a nice gift. This condo was in a great location, about a block from the ocean and a block from 5th Ave at the newer north end. The roof area was fantastic and the addition of a plunge pool will just make it better. The water issue was a bit troubling but the prompt action by the owners and Latido De Mexico to explain and rectify were greatly appreciated. Too bad about the building in front blocking the view to the ocean. Would have been a 5 Star review except for the view. All in all a great place to stay and would recommend it.

Great location - amazing roof deck

Very short walk to the beach yet just beyond the electronica-music thump-thump of the nearby beach clubs. Very attentive owners (thanks!) and a well equipped condo. Property manager is not onsite but is nearby and very professional. We ate out for all meals so didn't use the kitchen, though it was nicely equipped. North end of 5th Avenue seems to be developing fast with some interesting restaurants and shops. Rooftop penthouse was wonderful - nice to be able to walk out to the rooftop pool to cool off. Overall, a great stay at a really nice condo. Will definitely return.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Safe and comfortable neighborhood well situated to shops, restaurants, and bars. Car is not necessary. And it's only 45-minutes from Cancun airport, easily accessible by bus.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Corner unit on the NE side of building. Means there are lots of windows and sliding doors to catch breezes, and it's shaded from afternoon sun. Plus the private roof deck is amazing.
