Beautiful house - quiet neighborhood, just a few feet from the beach; a beautiful, well maintained pool & lounge chairs; just down the road from Jenkinson's Pier; & lots of towels provided. Our only complaint was that the living room sofa was not very comfy and the dining room chairs needed replacement. But we would definitely recommend this house!

Overall a nice stay, nice week, mostly great weather. Poor weather on Tuesday evening resulted in water leaking into fireplace. Managed to deal with it. Ants in kitchen throughout stay. Used Raid throughout stay. Otherwise made great use of pool and location was excellent.

Jersey Shore Vacay

The house was in a great location, super clean, roomy and perfect for our family vacation. Donna was super helpful and communicated consistently both before and during our trip. The pool was our fav part, along with watching fireworks in the third floor deck with the hot tub. Private path to the beach and great outside setup. We would love to stay again! Perfect Jersey shore vacay!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family vacationed together for the first time in four years. The heated salt water pool was fantastic! Donna was a great host and responded very timely to texts. She met us at the house to give a tour the first day. The private beach was gorgeous with the access a little challenging- across pavers, up steps, down the dune. The house is lovely with 5+ bedrooms; my two year old granddaughter used the bonus room. The common living space a little small for 7 adults and 3 kids. Air conditioning very loud and we had to use it a lot given the excessive heat. Great outdoor space for bbq and meals. Third floor space was also wonderful with a breeze in the evening. Overall, an excellent vacation!

Awesome Rental!

We rented this property with another family for one week and had an absolutely awesome vacation! The house was spectacular and met all of our needs. The proximity to the beach was priceless and it’s an easy walk to the boardwalk. The owner (Donna) does an awesome job on the upkeep and maintenance and is a pleasure to deal with. The pool and hot tub are an awesome perk!! I highly recommend this house for summer vacation 😍

Perfect week

Everything that was described was true. The house was great for four senior couples. One house from the beach with a great inground pool. One suggestion for guests is to make sure you make restaurant reservations well in advance. Many rest. are first come first served.

Home away from home.

Excellent experience. Nicely maintained property with all amenities. Easily accessible private beach. Board walk at a walkable distance. Donna takes extra effort with the maintainance. Always available for any information or need. This will be our place to stay for our next visit to Point Pleasant. Will highly recommend.

Great blend of beach and pool

Perfect location for private pool and private beach access. The house is large and accommodating. The beds are great. The outside kitchen is a real plus. The only negatives are noise from the street (but you expect that if you want beach access from Ocean Ave.) and the air conditioner. There is plenty of parking on side streets to supplement the parking provided. The owners are terrific to work with.

Fun in the sun

House was everything we needed. Host was delightful and very responsive to our every need. Brought everything I need with me and turned out not using anything g because it was already provided. Only major suggestion would be to provide a source of shade for third floor terrace. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely escape from our new covid reality!

Summer Vacation 2019

This is the perfect family house to rent in Point Pleasant. Great Location with Great Amenities. The private beach was really nice Donna was so pleasant and accommodating. The house was very clean and stocked with fresh linens, towels and household supplies. Definitely worth renting!!!!!

Location, location, location, but

I would rent here again but they need some improvements. The air conditioning was not adequate for 2nd floor. 1/2 of my guests were uncomfortable at night. The bbq grill needs major work. Horrible to cook on as it only gave me 1/3 of available burners that hardly worked. Mortar was missing on several areas of the glass blocks letting in way too many flies. These things should be checked before season starts. Again if these were taken care of I'd rent in the future.

In response. I am a hands-on host. I am available for any unforeseen occurrences.. There were ten guests, four whom we're children. I meet my guests on the day of check-in... These issues were never brought to my attention..As far as the AC is concerned..this is a big house the more that the doors are opened with guests going in and out to the pool the more loss of AC on the bottom floor. Which in turn will take time to cool the top floor. Secondly, going in and out and leaving the doors open will definitely allow flies to get into the house. I believe I express this to the family...As far as the BBQ grill was concerned my next rental after the Billacs called me and communicated with me about the grill..It was replaced the following morning.. The Billacs DID express to me that the outdoor umbrella accidentally due to wind flew off the table and broke. That was replaced. I had a new one delivered as quick as it could be shipped. The other issues were never mentioned when we spoke... I leave my cell # with all my summer rentals they can reach out at anytime. Things do happen and they are addressed immediately...Everything is checked in the beginning of the season but with each rental some things can occur and they are addressed immediately. I am sad that The Billacs Family did not reach out. I rated them 5 stars on communication I guess I was wrong..

Point Pleasant Family vacation

This was just what we wanted as a place our three grown children, their families and ourselves could get together for a week. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the spacious eating area, the pool and rooftop hot tub/sitting area all contributed to our wonderful week. We also loved the private beach and proximity to the boardwalk amusement area.

We enjoyed our stay in Point Pleasant, the location can't be beat with a private beach which was amazing and is easily walkable to the boardwalk, downtown shopping and restaurants. We loved the pool and hot tub and we were able to see Jenkinson's fireworks from the roof top deck. The house had ample room for our family of 9. The house is a little dated and the renters before us were pretty rough on the property but the owner Donna and her property manager Joe were very responsive and helpful.

The house easily accommodated, Grandparents, two guests and a family of 4. Location perfect, easy walk to board walk yet not crowded. nice having the pool to relax in while not at the beach.

We had 10 family members enjoy a week at the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful. House just as pictured. Short walk to boardwalk and great location. Private beach a few steps away from back door. Pool a blessing. Rooftop deck and hot tub great in the evening. You won't regret staying at this wonderful house.
