Awesome view for side view room. Aged like a regular motel room but clean. Smaller than I expected but my daughter booked it for the price. Make sure u take dish liquid, extra toilet paper, paper towels n trash bags. My first time staying in an owner owned condo so never thought about needing those things. All in all a wonderful trip & in an awesome location. The beach was very nice.

Needs updates BIG time!!!!

The key code process is cool! You don’t have to carry and be worried about loosing a key at the beach or pool.The property its self is outdated! The 2 beds that are “queen” are very small queens. Idk how that is even a thing. They were very small and HARD! Pillows were all 4 flat total for both beds. The drain would not drain in the tub. I messaged about this a couple times. I was told to pull up on the drain plug! After each shower the first 3 days we had to wait 20 mins in between showers. If not we were just standing in the old water. Monday someone came and snaked it and it was good after that. The water doesn’t turn off unless a very strong person moves it to make it tight. The tv in the bedroom is not smart, nor did it have anything so we could watch tv! I messaged about this as well and was told that the Roku is what is used and never had an issue before. There was no Roku in the tv. I was told they will send a Roku by maint or someone. I asked the man that came for the drain and he didn’t know what I was talking about. It says that you can sleep 6 people. However, there is absolutely no way 6 people could stay in this place. There are 2 chairs with a table and a small couch in the living room. Murphy bed is nice that it comes out of the wall. If you are taking a small child BECAREFUL!! When the bed is out it will cut a foot and or leg there is metal showing at the bottom. Not sure if what we killed a few of were roaches or not but they sure looked like it.fridgesucks

Well locaded, everthing you need is available in the condo. A refresh would be nice a bit small for a 5 party persons, espacially the kitchen.

Great condo for a family of four

Happy with the value for the price. Everything was clean and as listed. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions! Pro tip— there are 2 sets of elevators. If one set is taking too long, try the others. Would recommend this condo!

Location was great but….

The beds were hard as rock. I didn’t get any good sleep at all. It was like sleeping on a sidewalk. I recommend a mattress pad! Also there are some hooks on the side the beds that stick out, watch out for those. I scraped my leg on one of them. The pillows need to be replaced. Have patience with the elevators. They have 4 but it takes forever. The pool was great for the kids. Walking distance from the condo to the beach. Other than that decent stay.
