Welcome to our brand new home "Knot Stressin!" This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Panama City Beach with family and friends. This home includes 5 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 full over full bunks, 3 built in twin beds, and 1 queen sofa bed with plenty of space for everyone. Master suite features king bed on main floor and separate tub for relaxing! Our second floor features 3 bedrooms to include king size bed with bath, 4 full size bunks with storage, jack and jill double vanity bathroom into bedroom with queen bed. Smart TVs are featured throughout the home including both patios.
The 3.5 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like walk in shower with separate tub in Master, shower/tub combo in additional bathrooms and hair dryers in all bathrooms. You will find plenty of storage space throughout. Additionally, you'll find WiFi, central heat/AC, an iron, ironing board and full size washer/dryer in this home. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, air fryer, crock pot, toaster, blender, 2 Kureig coffee pots, mixing bowls, mixer, steak utensils, bakeware, oven, convection oven/microwave, 36" cooktop, dishwasher and large farmers sink. You will have additional seating to gather with friends and family around the large island bar along with dining table. There is additional living space on 2nd floor to include wet bar with sink and coffee station, beverage cooler, and ice maker for your favorite beverage to enjoy! You will enjoy additional living space and game room on 3rd floor including Foosball table and dart board. Our home includes an outside shower and beautiful pool seating to enjoy a nice soak along with additional patio seating, barbecue grill, corn hole, ring toss, Jenga and outside patio picnic table along with outside lighting, bistro lights and your choice of pool lighting for entertaining! Don't worry about packing a towel for the pool, we have you covered! Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the wrap around upper front deck or your morning cup of coffee! You will be steps away from beach access, Rick Seltzer park, good eats and beach shops. Stay tuned in to local events, live web cams, etc. by visiting the PCB website: www.visitpanamacitybeach.com. This is a great house in a great location and literally right across from the beach! It is newly renovated and has plenty of space for larger groups. The owner, Shannon, was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this house!
The balloons and champagne were there when we arrived!

Perfect stay for the whole family

The house is even better than the photos. It is so well equipped - literally has everything, even things to take to the beach. Shannon was great. She helped us several times throughout the stay and was very responsive. Loved the area - great coffee spot 2 minutes walk away. We walked to the beach every day - just a 5 minute walk. Loved it! Thanks again Shannon!

We had a wonderful time! Shannon was great host! We were greeted with flowers and balloons when we arrived and she promptly answered all of our questions. This home is beautiful, in a great location, and came with all the things we needed for the week. I would definitely recommend!!!

Knot Stressin was our first family vacation in 16 years. It was the perfect place with a great location. From the large and open Main level which lead out to the wonderful pool area, to the comfortable bedrooms and porch in the second level, the home fit our family perfect. Having a fenced back yard with the perfect pool for the grandkids it was just what we needed. Even with a minor issue during our stay (which the owners came out personally to take care of) it was just what we needed to not stress during our vacation. We will definitely be back and will recommend Knot Stressin to all of our family and friends!

Beautiful spacious house great for family time

We spent the past week at knot stressin where we made many lasting memories We have stayed at numerous vrbo properties over the years but I must say Shannon was the most attentive to our every need. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed buying baby gates, high chair, new pans since the coating on the current ones were ruined by a previous guest. The house has three levels with lots of space for guests to spread out including a second level wrap around balcony Great outdoor space with a fenced in back yard, beautiful soaking pool, bags gaming area, and lounge with big screening great for sporting events. My grandson did not want to leave as we returned home today. I highly recommend this property.

Knot Stressin is absolutely perfect! We had a total of 13 guests staying and had more than enough space. Anything and everything we needed was available from kitchen to beach! Our Host was very quick to respond and so nice! We definitely want to stay again in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Panama City Relaxyion

We recently stayed at Knot Stressin’ for a week. It was 2 families for a total of 11 guests. We had the absolute best time! The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. We had everything needed for our trip right at our disposal. We did battle the rip currents a couple days and that kept us off the beach, but it was hardly a compromise to hang out by the pool for the day. Shannon was very accessible and so accommodating. We are already planning our next trip! We will definitely stay with Shannon again.

Family vacation for Dad's 50th!

This property is phenomenal! We stayed here a week to celebrate my husband's 50th with all of our kids and grandkids. We are already talking about bringing our family back for another stay next summer. Shannon, the owner, was so helpful and easy to communicate with. She checked on us to make sure everything was going well and made us feel so at home. There were 13 of us from 10 months old to 74 years, and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. The private pool and back yard were terrific! We probably spent as much time in the yard and pool as we did the house. The public beach access is only about a 2-3 block walk. There is a large souvenir shop, a convenience store, & several restaurants, all within walking distance so you don't have to use a car much, or at all. Shannon's place was immaculate & had every amenity we could ask for. It was absolutely beautiful & even better than in the photos. The way it's designed allows you to have space for your entire family at once, but also have your personal space when needed. With the 3 levels, we were able to have the baby napping, the teens playing games, & others just visiting all at the same time, with no problem! The beds were SO comfortable and the bathrooms were as beautiful and roomy as the rest of the house! We were sad to leave and can't wait to return. You really can't go wrong with this property!

We have been here for a combined total of 30 years, my husband being in the insurance business and myself a real estate agent. We have twin teenage boys who have grown up here and enjoy sports, fishing and everything our area has to offer including fishing, the restaurants and of course, we love our beautiful beaches!
