Custom built by our family, this modern vacation rental is fit for a relaxing group getaway! The 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home offers over 4,000 feet of interior space and plenty of outdoor amenities. With many rooms for families, and bunk queen beds to fit even more friends, this house is intentionally designed and a labor of love.



Note!: There was an above the garage unit that was available to rent separately.



The Space:

Cruise on Lake Norman from the on-site boat dock, grill meals in the outdoor kitchen, and unwind in the pool!

Plus, you’ll be less than 2 miles away from downtown Mooresville's most popular restaurants.

Want the pool heated? Let us know and we are happy to warm it up for you for an additional $65 a day (as it takes a whole lot of energy to heat up!)

Private entrance, personal driveway and 3 car garage.

The Retreat at Lake Norman is in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Norman.

You'll love the peaceful surroundings and friendly neighbors.

There are parks, hiking trails, and restaurants nearby for you to explore.

It's a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature.



Getting Around:

While having a car is most convenient, you can also use services like Uber or Lyft to get around.

There are restaurants and attractions nearby, so you'll have everything you need for a fun and convenient stay.



Other Things to Note:

We welcome pets of all kinds!

Please note there will be a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay (so we can pay our stellar cleaning staff to deep clean any pet hair or accidents that may happen, so it is spotless for our next guests)



Interaction with Guests:

Our main house is gorgeous, and can fit large groups or families for an unforgettable getaway!

We also offer another separate unit on the property that sits above the garage. Quiet and peaceful, the Tranquil Lakefront Carriage House has its own separate entrance and parking space. With a king bed and pull out couch, it comfortably sleeps four extra people. Perfect to fit another couple, or aunt and uncle in need of more space and separation.
