Casa frente al mar con piscina, spa, muelle y elevador de barcos. Vivienda unifamiliar en un gran barrio y vecinos amistosos. Parque Waterfront está a 2 minutos. Acceso directo a Caloosahatchee River & NO PUENTES. Gran protegidos por malla para entretenerse o relajarse en la piscina. Nuestra casa está decorada y tiene todas las comodidades que usted necesita con gusto. Disfrute del sol de Florida. La ubicación es genial y está cerca del centro de Ft. Myers, Pine Island y Sanibel. La casa tiene nueva gama alta de la bomba de calor muy potente por lo que el calentamiento de la piscina no es ningún problema. Restaurantes frente al mar en Tarpon Point Resort o Puerto del Cabo se encuentra a sólo minutos de distancia. Excursiones con delfines, paseos turísticos o excursiones de bombardeo disponibles, así como un viaje a las islas de barrera para el almuerzo en barco. Nice property

Nice pool and spa, nice neighborhood, big tv, nice layout; the flow of the layout was excellent. It is definitely something we would consider renting again.

Home away from home

Wonderful stay

Owner went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was so personable and responsive. We had no problems. The home was in a very nice neighborhood and the pool and spa were great! Thank you for everything, Keith!

Very Nice Home

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is very little traffic and it is a safe area to walk or run. Great location, easy access to both Punta Gorda and Ft Myers airports. It is also close to both the southern cape and down town Ft Myers. It is close to restaurants of all price ranges and styles. 30 minutes from Ft Myers beach and Sanibel. I am going to miss sitting in the hot tub every night under the stars.

Vacation

We rented the house for family to stay at for a birthday party near by. The house is clean and furnished. The only real issue we had was, we had to keep calling to get the temperature of the hot tub turned up, which was a pain as it should have been kept at a comfortable temperature, without having to call when we wanted to use it. As we paid full price for use of all the ammenities.

Gator in the Canal

This is the second time we have stayed in Cape Coral. This property is in a much better location. Quiet, low traffic , friendly neighbors, great location The no shock pool ( 86 deg ) was wonderful. Heat pump heater far superior to our last places solar heater. The Gator in the canal was fun to watch up close. Be sure to try the German bakery on Del Prado ( Bread Pete ) Fantastic !!

The house is on a quiet street. Lots of privacy. Few neighbors around the week we were there.

Keith was very attentive with things we needed like heating spa remotely. House was clean and quiet. He also gave us a couple of dining recommendations that worked out great. We had a great week. Thank you

Home away from home

Very comfortable home and excellent response from the property owner. Very friendly. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the home was spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

Great month

We had a great month in Cape Coral. The owners of this place were very accommodating. The house is nice, and served our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet neighborhood made up of working people and retirees. If you are a boater you can even bring your boat because there is a lift and access to the gulf.

I have stayed at many properties through HomeAway and I have never met more helpful owners than Keith and Melissa. Any question we had they answered and they were some of the kindest people we have ever encountered in our vacation stays. The home, pool area and dock are wonderful and well maintained. The perfect home for water lovers!

Keith and Melissa were fantastic hosts! The house is very clean and the perfect location. The is a boat lovers dream. Boat ramp is just a mile or so away, easy access from the canal to open water. The pool & hot tub was heated for us during our Christmas getaway. Excellent restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back! Thanks again!!

Great house!

We loved the house & pool. Keith & Melissa were always available for any questions we had & they gave us lots of info re: things to see & do. The neighborhood was very nice & very quiet. The house was beautiful, it was very clean, & it had everything we needed. We are staying again in 2016!

A Month In Paradise!

We just stayed at this home for the month of February. It is a fabulous home - very nicely furnished The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Beautiful view of the canal. Everything you need is provided. The owners are the best! The are always available if you need anything at all and they are just great people! We had an incredible time. There is always something to do and see. You won't be disappointed. We would stay here again . . . and we hope to!!!!

Great place to stay!

We loved this house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Keith and Melissa were wonderful ...made sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of info. About the area. They were awesome to deal with. Our kids loved the pool area and so did our dog:) had a very relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful house.

Cape Coral Home with Pool

We enjoyed our stay at Keith's home in Cape Coral. We were there February and March of 2012. Nice neighborhood and very convenient to shopping and dining. Keith and Melissa were very helpful if we needed anything, but we didn't need help very often because everything in the house was in good working condition. The pool was great!

Grocery Shopping- Have groceries there upon your arrival just give us a list
Boating- Come spend a day on our boat, walk across the street to our main private home and hop aboard with " Captain Keith " Licensed Merchant Marine and US coast guard captain. Charter our Mainship 31ft with Captain provided $100 hour includes captain and use of boat. See our video on Dolphin Tours we have taken while boating.

Chauffer- need a driver no problem we can take you. 24 hours Advance notice required.

* House Keeping provided weekly if need @ $ 225.00 per visit.* Scheduling depends on cleaning company.

We love dogs, we specialize in dog travel gear and have online business.
