Cabin had spiderwebs everywhere. Live spiders and caterpillars were in the cabin. Every night we were constantly killing spiders and caterpillars. They were in the shower, bedrooms, and kitchen. One night there was a spider in the bed. The cabin was very dusty when we first went in. The blinds had dust that looked like they haven’t been dusted in weeks. The Foosball table was broken. A salamander showed up inside one morning. We could not relax in this cabin. We have rented cabins in the Smokey’s for years and never experienced anything like this before. The host did come and dust the cabin after we checked in but acted like I was imagining the spiderwebs and spiders. I would not recommend this cabin. This cabin needs some major maintenance.

The guests did not have any spiders or anything in cabin I myself inspected it when she checked in . Also I went over and helped with any concerns that were not valid . This cabin is 5 stars ⭐️ and has no issues

If you really are interested in this property, take the time to read. For the price, this property needs some first impression details taken care of. Understandable the cabin is in the woods. The front door entrance was peppered with cobwebs. As if no one had stayed there in awhile. The outside needed a power washing badly. The front door doesn’t close properly unless locked. Once inside, it appears nice, mostly clean, except there were cobwebs on furniture, underneath furniture, ceilings, etc.. dead and live bugs, spiders, wasps that we kept killing. After our stay I mentioned this to the owner they claimed Orkin was there the day before. Which they couldn’t have been. Along with the maid service, who clearly didn’t take care of any of the cobwebs throughout the entire house. One bathroom had a tub shower combo and the tub filled with water as you showered. Another bathroom had a broken faucet. The owner offered someone to look at the drain and we declined, mainly because we didn’t want the nuisance of someone coming in during our stay. We had two days to endure it and so we let it go. The master bathroom doesn’t have good lighting, it’s a big room and there are no lights over the shower. If I can recommend some things, especially if these things are important to you, take your own cozy blankets for the beds and pillows with cases. Bears are definitely present! The owner clearly needs to take more pride in first impressions. Our stay was ok otherwise.

The cabin is 5 stars and the things mentioned where no issues because the cabin was inspected day of checkin and no issues found . Pest management comes every 2 weeks and also no issues on there report and pics . Again you refused anyone to come to cabin to see the issue that you never had . We strive for 5 stars review and our customer know that . Sorry you did not like the experience since you also were not helping .

Weekend Getaway

My family and I wanted a quick getaway to the mountains and this was the perfect cabin for us. The views were amazing and the cabin was clean, cozy and full of entertainment for everyone.

Relaxing mom’s weekend!

A group of us moms left the kiddos at home and enjoyed the cozy mountain vibes and comforts of the cabin! It was perfect for us and in the perfect location. We were close to food and to hiking trails! We would stay here again!

The property was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The amenities were great and ample for our crew. The gate and checkin process was easy and quick! Thanks for a great memory making cabin!

Close to the action, but very private.

Check-in process was easy, the property was absolutely beautiful. My family of 6 had plenty of room, enjoyed the hot tub, games and had the pool to ourselves. Would 100% rent again.

WOW!!! Beautiful cabin with lots of space. We took full advantage of the large, well stocked kitchen and loved grilling out. The game room was a huge hit for the kids and adults! So much fun. Perhaps our favorite activity though was relaxing in the amazing hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring - ahhhh. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

The cabin was exactly as described! There were minimal hiccups with the property: missing game pieces (to be expected with a rental property), some spiders (to be expected when you’re in the mountains), and no lights on the exterior stairs (a solar light was there but it wasn’t functioning) other than those small things, we had an outstanding experience at the cabin! The property was located at the tippy top of a steep road and we did see someone fly around a curve and hit the guardrail so use caution when driving.

Gatlinburg Cabin In Gated Community

Beautiful cabin with expansive decks and hot tub! 2 bedrooms/bathrooms downstairs. Large, comfortable living room/dining room space for our family of 5. Master bedroom/bath upstairs with gameroom: pool table, arcade games, and Connect 4. Houses on both sides, but is still private. Easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Star gazing is excellent here!

Location of the property was excellent in its proximity to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and surrounding activities. The views from the property were excellent. Communication with the host was great. The property could have been a little cleaner. There were cleaning supplies stored out in the open in the kitchen/dinning area instead of being put into a storage closet. There were quite a few bugs in the house, but with it being in the mountains some bugs are to be expected.

The cabin was beautiful, had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a great time. We had a hiccup with the internet the first night but the host was great about fixing and had someone there the next morning! Only small issue was a few areas with dead bugs lying around but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again!
