Weekend in Detroit

Great place to use a home bar for a weekend in Detroit. Beds were comfy, the space was clean and plenty of room to hang out and watch the game or ply some pool. Hosts were super friendly as well!

The Loft was perfect

We had a wonderful time at the location especially for the neighborhood. Our family was very impressed. It was a little hot in the building and unfortunately mine and my brothers car got broken into. If def rent this place again and recommend to others but i wouldnt stay the night. Maybe leave late or hire security for the cars.

Incredible loft, perfect for big groups

This home is clean and welcoming. Incredible kitchen and living space, suitable for housing 12 people. Plenty of parking. 10 of the 12 sleeping spots are on very comfortable beds, and the other two couch spots are also cozy. The location is not “walkable” and in a pretty vacant part of town, but the security of the home is wonderful and feels very safe inside. The host was also very easy going and welcoming.Would highly recommend.

Amazing loft you wouldn't expect in this neighborhood

Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding and enjoyed all the amenities the loft had to offer. The neighborhood is a little rough but that does not come through in the quality of the lodgings. Would stay again!

Awesome loft for a large group! Made for a perfect home base while we were here for the trip!

From the outside, it doesn’t look like much at all. Once you’re inside though, it can’t get much better than this! Incredible loft with tons of space for hanging out as well as plenty of beds for sleeping. Overall, 10/10 place and we’d definitely stay there again!

Loft Stay

This property was fantastic. We used it to get ready for a wedding and to hang out with the bridal party after the reception. It was clean and well maintained, and the host was very polite and communicative. I would definitely recommend this loft and would use it again.

Family get together

We loved everything about the facility. It was well laid out (but needs more cosmetic work). It was well stocked and clean. One problem was the alarm system was accidentally turned on and no one responded to our many requests for service. I would definitely recommend and use this space again.

Overall great!

The place is nice and open. Four separate bedrooms and two baths. All loft style and open. Pretty well stocked with the essentials. Laundry facilities included as well. Location is really the biggest downside but also conveniently close to the zoo and greater Detroit activities. Not a place to be outside after dark and parking in empty lot behind building or street parking.

Family Party

My wife, myself and 2 adult sons were in town for an afternoon wedding in Detroit. We rented the loft for a family after-party as downtown was a madhouse with the draft in town. 34 of us gathered there from 7-11pm and were more than comfortable. The neighborhood is still in need of rejuvenation but there are few people around and we felt totally safe the entire time. The loft is indeed a gem in the rough. Hope to rent again next time we're in town.

Wow

Amazing space! My husband turned 60 and we did a yacht thing with an afterglow in this beautiful location. When you walk in and see the graffiti wall you know you are in for a good time. Every guest that entered has informed me that they too will be utilizing this space. The home is nondiscript and located in an up and coming revitalization neighborhood so be alert. But it offers everything you need for a comfortable family event. Space, games, beds and a beautiful kitchen. All open spaced with two great bathrooms. My only complaint is I should have done late check-out. LOL Thank you for sharing this great space with us.
