Guest Favorite 4BR Home in Saratoga Springs NY!
Great home, great setting, great price! Located just 5 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and 20 mins to Lake George, guests love the privacy and convenience of our family's 4BR, 3.5 bath home. Some of the most popular features are the 3 season porch overlooking our HUGE yard, sparkling kitchen and baths, home office with FAST wifi mesh network, great cellular service, etc. We're willing to consider extended stays in the summer months, and there's even a fenced yard for your dog!
The space
Nestled on a private lot 2 acre at the end of a cul-de-sac, our home is a comfortable retreat with 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, wraparound front porch and relaxing 3-season rear porch, family room with fireplace, first floor office, laundry and mudroom, fenced dog yard, basement rec room with big screen TV and surround sound, lots of off-street parking, great yard for whiffle ball or frisbee or football, horseshoe pits, fire pit, and a basketball hoop. In the winter, enjoy playing in the snow in our large, private yard. Build a snowman or a snow fort. You can also rent snow shoes or bring your own cross country skis, ice skates and sleds to beautiful Saratoga State Park. You can also go downhill skiing or snow tubing at West Mountain Ski Area (17 miles from our home). Downtown Saratoga Springs has cozy coffee shops, quaint bookstores, and a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy while walking around Broadway (Just 4.1 miles away).

You'll have access to our entire home other than the unfinished portion of the basement and the detached garage.

During your stay we are readily available by phone/text and very responsive... we both work in Saratoga.
This is a very peaceful neighborhood, please treat our property and neighbors with respect. We will consider well-trained dogs, but no other pets are allowed. Absolutely no large parties or events, but low-key gatherings of up to 10 people are allowed. Responsible guest must be 25 years of age minimum. No smoking allowed. Additional cleaning fee will be charged for confetti, glitter, silly string, or any other debris requiring excessive cleanup.

Our peaceful neighborhood is ideal for walking and biking, and nearby Gavin Park has basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, awesome playgrounds, etc. Kids can safely bike or skateboard in our cul-de-sac. If golf is your game then McGregor Links, Saratoga National, Airway Meadows, Saratoga Lake, Brookhaven, and Saratoga Spa golf courses are all within 15 minutes of our home, and you can "shop till you drop" in downtown Saratoga, at the nearby Wilton Mall/shopping areas, and the popular Lake George Factory Outlets. And of course the world-famous Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, National Museum of Dance, Saratoga Auto Museum, National Museum of Racing, and the Saratoga Casino are just a few minutes away.
Getting around
We're just a 5 minute Uber or cab ride from downtown Saratoga Springs, named one of USA Today's "10 Best Main Streets in America". Here you'll find dozens of wonderful shops and nearly 100 fantastic restaurants, brew pubs, dance clubs and neighborhood bars.

From the beginning Sarah and Cecil were so responsive, left clear instructions for their property, and the house was so clean! The neighborhood itself is gorgeous. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood behind a field. The house was so roomy and the charm of the home itself speaks to Sarah and Cecil's interior design and decorating expertise. When you stay here you are 10 minutes from downtown and the track, we had no issues getting a rideshare to and from the house. I would definitely consider staying here again next year."
