Great space and location. Perfect for our family. There is a stroller and pack and play provided, which we didn't end up using but is a great touch.

Property was as presented. Clean, comfortable beds. Only heard a small amount of noise from the upstairs apt around midmorning on a Saturday, which can be expected. Loved that adequate coffee, creamers (including vanilla flavored :-) were included and adequate extra towels and washclothes were available. Short drive to many restaurant options. Didn't have time to check out the pool or fitness area. Would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. Very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. It was very clean, easy to get to and had all the amenities that our family needed. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Our family highly recommends this property.

We had a truly great stay and look forward to returning. The place is well laid out, has many places to charge electronics, and is very comfortable. The apartment complex grounds are well maintained and pretty with large scenic trees surrounding. Some features that were undersold in the description- parking spot is covered and close to the unit, outdoor patio has high wallsmaking it quite private, and there is a small gym on the grounds. The location is excellent with easy access to 101 and conveniences nearby to include gas stations, grocery stores, cafes, etc. There is also a nice hiking trail just a few mins from the unit that winds through foothills.Loved it!

Short stay in Thousand Oaks

We had a short stay in Thousand Oaks. Carrina's place in Westlake Village was perfect! Great location, near a lot of restaurants and other activities. Check-in/out was easy and convenient. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Perfect home base

Thoughtfully appointed furnished apartment that served as a perfect place to stay when visiting friends in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village. Very convenient to highways, shopping, restaurants with ample parking. The heated pool was a bonus delight for my partner who was able to swim laps during our stay. The spacious apartment allowed us to feel much more relaxed than in a hotel room; we certainly also took advantage of the washer and dryer (with provided detergent pods). Although we at most lunches and dinners out, it was great to have a full refrigerator so we could have our usual breakfasts and coffee without having to find a restaurant or coffee shop.We’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we visit the area.

Good Location for sightseeing.

An assigned parking space was nice. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was nice. We were able to cook some of our meals. My daughter-in-law had to work 2 days we were there the designated desk and work space with lots of plugins for equipment was very nice. It was easy to find and get around from. We visited the Reagan Library., Santa Barbara, Ojai, The Getty and UCLA.

We enjoyed this well-appointed, clean apartment while visiting family in the West Lake area. Booking and checkin was easy- the manager communicated promptly. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit.

Thanksgiving stay

This location was perfect for a small, quiet family stay. It was nice to be in a place that felt like home instead of a hotel room. The apartment is cute, well located and the hosts were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean convenient apartment

In the area for a family wedding and this was a nice, clean apartment. Easy to navigate and conveniently located about 5 minutes from the Westlake Inn where the wedding party and others were staying. Had everything we needed for the weekend.

Unexpected trip to California!

First, Carina was always quick to reply to any comments/questions sent to her. Great property, great amenities. Coffee, linens etc. washer and dryer. I enjoyed the hot tub every night. We were a little further west, but it actually wasn’t not bad. Very nice, safe, beautiful. Beds were comfortable! Easy and beautiful drive down to Malibu. Definitely recommend.

Great family stay

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area. The apartment was clean and close to the freeway, there are several restaurants within a mile. It is an apartment in a complex so you do hear occasional noise from the neighbors. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks!

Vacation close to the beach

The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable. It is an apartment so you hear surrounding neighbors. It’s right off the freeway which was convenient and only 35 minutes from Malibu. I would book this unit again.
