Comfortable queen-size bed with luxurious sheets and pillows along with a couch that turns into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is complete with all you need for meal prep including a full-size refrigerator.

You set the control for the heat and air with a dedicated unit to enjoy in your place.

The bathroom is outfitted with luxurious towels and soaps to use.

Enjoy your coffee, work-from-home zoom calls, or a nice bbq meal while sitting on the couch in front of the fire pit, on your own private, secured large patio.

This location is in a quiet neighborhood with rolling hills, close to Starbucks and local parks and trails, and a short walk to the back of the property to visit Larry the llama, Bob the alpaca, Daisy the pig, and their motley crew of other animals.

Everything about this property is amazing! I had the best time with the animals, the hosts were so nice and personable. Very considerate, the apartment was clean and had everything I needed. I was down to visit an elderly relative and this was a great place to hang my hat. I will definitely be back again, thank you so much, Todd and Heidi!

Wonderful escape and convenient to family members living in the area. Host was very accommodating. Comfortable sleeping in both the bed and couch bed.I will definitely come back and recommend to others that want to visit our family here in Thousand Oaks. It was truly a little slice of heaven.

We had a nice long stay here. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and the unit has everything you will need. We enjoyed meeting the hosts and they were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I loved this apartment. It was incredibly clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The private patio was very nice - we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit as our schedule was too busy, but wish we could have! The bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage for our bags and clothing while we were there for 4 nights. I loved that there were lots of towels and washcloths to use. The host, Todd, was very easy to communicate with and helpful if we needed anything. The home is in a beautiful area with a park nearby. On our last morning, we said hello to the animals on their mini farm which was such a fun experience. I would absolutely stay here again, it was great.

The room is clean, comfortable, and contains everything one might need or want. The location is ideal - an upscale residential neighborhood convenient to all of Thousand Oaks. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and even shared some of their lemon crop! The one drawback we discovered is the patio is basically unusable due to the constant, fierce traffic noise. We anticipated having morning coffee outside but that was not possible. The interior of the unit is very quiet, however. We adapted and enjoyed our stay.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about the patio noise. Being near the freeway is something we know can affect guests differently; for some, it fades into the background like white noise, while for others, as it seems was the case for you, it can be more disruptive. While we unfortunately can’t change the freeway itself, we are considering adding a fountain and other features to help soften and absorb some of the sound outdoors. We’re very happy to hear the interior of the unit remained quiet and that you were still able to adapt and enjoy your stay overall. Clean and nice place. We had to accommodate some work they were having done I feel should have been done when no guests were booked. They should have taken down the listing for a day or two bs booking the space and inconveniencing paying guests. It wasn’t a big deal, but shouldn’t have been needed when paying what we did. Also l, they made a note to tell us about a small stop of wood trim that want installed but not the fact that the shower door handle was broken and looked like it had been for some time. These are not picky, but they are the reason for a 4 vs 5 star review.

Another Great Stay!

This is my 3rd week staying at the property and it’s been amazing! Room is always clean, the beds super comfy and the owners are very kind and thoughtful. I’ve been staying here while attending training courses. Would highly recommend!

2nd time we stayed here

This is our favorite VRBO place to stay. The owners are onsite, very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of friendly people. The kitchen and the outdoor space make meal prep easy.
