This cozy cabin offers two spacious bedrooms, each featuring plush queen beds, two bathrooms, and a loft, making it a perfect choice for a group of up to 10 people. The space:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room with vaulted wood ceilings and a stone gas fireplace, creating a cozy and spacious atmosphere perfect for lounging and spending quality time together.

The main level features a primary suite for your convenience, along with a main-level laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining area or on the porch.

Soak in the mountain views from the front porch while enjoying morning coffee or relax on the covered back porch where you can take in the fresh mountain air and the serene natural surroundings.

Venture up to the open loft where two twin over full bunk beds provide ample sleeping space for kids and adults alike.

The upper-level primary suite is complete with its own porch, allowing you to soak in the sights and sounds of nature.

In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and share stories, roast marshmallows, and create cherished moments with your loved ones.

Unwind and relax in the hot tub, where you can soak in the tranquility of the surroundings while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and property, except owner’s closet in the upstairs bedroom.

Other things to note:
Security cameras on property- Cameras monitor the parking area, front porch, rear porch and one facing Grandfather Mountain- exterior only and not in use during rentals

Pets- Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Maximum 75 lbs each. Any damage (other than normal wear and tear) caused by a pet will fall under the standard “damaged item” category as discussed below. We reserve the right to refuse certain sizes or breeds.

Whether you are working remotely, streaming your favorite tv shows or gaming, we are happy to provide fiber-optic internet for your stay.

Where you’ll be:
The cabin is located conveniently between Boone and Banner Elk in the Foscoe/ Seven Devils Community. Some of the nearby towns include Valle Crucis, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Blowing Rock and Linville.

The cabin’s central location is just minutes from dining, wine tasting, breweries, shopping, hiking, cold weather activities and warm weather activities. There are a number of hiking trails on and off the Blue Ridge Parkway to explore. Known as “America’s Favorite Drive,” this scenic route offers countless overlooks, hiking spots and cascading waterfalls. During the winter months, enjoy skiing or snowboarding at nearby Sugar Mountain Resort, Beech Mountain or Appalachian Ski Mtn. Go snow tubing with the family at Hawksnest, only 12 minutes away. During warmer weather, enjoy river tubing, putt putt, golf, fly fishing, white water rafting, zip-lining or mountain biking. Grandfather Mountain and Linville Caverns & Falls are just a few miles away. Getting around:
Like most mountain homes, our driveway is steep, be cautious and all will be fine. The driveway is a sharp turn to the right and has a steep incline. Two vehicles fit at the top of the drive with an additional parking spot halfway up the drive.

Winter Road Conditions- Weather conditions in the mountains can be unpredictable. Sometimes rain, fog, snow, sleet, or ice create unexpected and hazardous driving conditions - especially during the colder months of November - April. Since road conditions may become hazardous during your stay, an All-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains and the ability to drive on snow and ice are strongly recommended to get to and from the property and surrounding areas. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE FULLY PREPARED and there will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter.
The cabin’s driveway will be salted/ cleared at Owner’s discretion. Even when the roads have been cleared, guests with 2-wheel drive vehicles often have trouble with the steep hills.
