Guests at The Mercer can enjoy a wealth of community amenities that make everyday life feel like a resort vacation, including a resort-style pool (perfect for those sunny Texas days), an entertaining bar and grill area, a covered lounge area, yard games including a ping pong table and plenty of outdoor seating for poolside lounging!
Nestled amongst the thriving Freiheit Village, just east of Downtown New Braunfels, lies this brand new spacious and modern luxury condo complex: The Mercer
Upon entering, our guests will certainly feel right at home! Guests are immediately greeted by the open floor plan that creates a sense of spaciousness with high ceilings and natural finishes giving each space a warm and inviting ambiance. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances is perfect for the chefs in your group. The spacious island is a perfect food prep space complete with bar height seating. Spread out comfortably in the living area as you watch a favorite show or movie on the smart HDTV with streaming and cable services. High speed WiFi throughout.
The condo`s sizable bedrooms both have a smart HDTV, ample storage space, and central air-conditioning. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The additional full size bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo. A private washer/dryer ties together the list of convenient interior amenities.
Guests can easily walk to nearby coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shopping, and much more! Be sure to check out Freiheit Country Store for the best burgers and live entertainment!
