Great accommodations!!!!

This was a very clean, well equipped comfortable condo. It was perfectly located for our skiing adventures. Would definitely stay again. The pool and game room are very nice.

Awesome Property!

We had a great time in this 1 bedroom condo. Plenty of room for parents and 2 kids. It's close to all the Summit County Ski Resorts. Nice quiet complex. Lots of fun activities - hot tub, game room, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great values with all you need

It was everything we expected! Great property and very clean with all the utensils you need. Follow the directions on the instructions or you’ll be driving around trying to find the place for ever.

Ski Trip

Very tidy and lovely condo equipped with everything you need. A comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Michael is a great host and there when you need him. The location is great with a nice view. We were skiing Copper and A-Basin, and both resorts.are within 20 min.

Good Value in Mountains

My self and 3 friends stayed in this condo over New Years weekend. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at the condo. It was a bit hard to find and the ramps from the parking lot were tough to navigate in the winter weather (one in our party took a hard fall), but everything else was great. The condo was equipped with everything we need for our weekend stay. The bed and pull out sofa were comfortable. The shower had good pressure. I would recommend this space for any group of 4 or less wanting to enjoy quick access to the major ski resorts at a fraction of the price.

Great condo!

This place was perfect for my family of 3! The condo was clean, fully packed kitchen for you to cook and the location is great! It took us only 10 min to get to keystone, 15 min to copper and Dillon and Frisco are even closer. The only "cons" I have is the shower. If you're taller than 5'10 it might be a tight fit for you. Also, I couldn't find an iron to iron my clothes or sponge to wash the dishes. Other than that, I can see us returning again next year and many more!

great experience!

We love this studio! It is conveniently located close to Keystone and Copper Mt. ski areas. It is very close distance from the highway so it is easy to get there from Denver airport. However, it is up on a mountain, with a beautiful view in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. Although a studio, it accommodated well a family of 4. The place was very clean and inviting. The kitchen has everything one needs for a few days - we eat mostly in during our 6 nights stay. The owner was very prompt responding to our questions. We also appreciated the welcome touch - a little basket with bottles of water, hot cocoa, popcorn. We went there for skiing so we spent all the time during the day on the slopes. But I am sure it is at least as beautiful there during any season. The condo is close to the shopping mall; there also is a ski rental and repair facility close by with prices that are just a fraction compared to what you get in the ski village. Grocery store are close by, a target is a few minutes away. We'd definitely return there and would also recommend the place to others.

Nice and cozy place for a small family

It was quite comfortable for us (a family of three) to stay for ten days. It's convenient to shop groceries. We visited multiple ski resorts such as Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone and this is a really ideal place to stay as the driving distances to those resorts are acceptable. The condo is clean and cozy. The unit has its own high speed internet, which is way faster than the internet provided by the HOA. The owner is also very responsive. The only thing needs to be improved is the instruction to the unit. It took us more than 30 minutes to find the unit after we arrived in the evening. The GPS address is not accurate. Actually this place is called Treehouse and there are 6 buildings, which look similar. The building signs are not visible in the dark. But anyway, the overall experience during the stay were pleasant.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Great spot for crashing after a full day of skiing! Convenient to Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone to make exploring all three possible. Short drive to town for anything you might need. Great to come back and be able to soak in a hot tub. Definitely recommend this lodging option!

Nice Well Located Condo

The condo is nicely equipped and maintained. It is comfortable for a couple or a family with young kids. The couch bed is not as suited for teenagers. The location is conveniently located a couple of miles from the town center and shopping. It is about 12 miles to Keystone, 30 to Vail, etc... Overall, it was very centric and we really enjoyed it. Parking is adequate but there is a 50-60 yard walk uphill to the unit which is tiring on arrival and departure, since a few trips need to be made. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time, thanks for letting us use your unit! Agustin

Property was as expected. I've stayed here in previous years so that should provide some endorsement. Kitchen is reasonably equipped. Bed is quite comfortable' My only criticism is that the maintenance crew could do a better job clearing the snow from the parking lot and walkways.

Fantastic place to hang

Michael's place in Wildernest could not have been better! The view from the livingroom/balcony was fantastic. It was the perfect size for me, and if one other person had been here, there would have been plenty of space for the two. The condo is very, very comfortable, the kitchen had everything that you would need (except there was no potato/carrot peeler, very, very small issue to say the least), and the bed could not have better for getting a good night's sleep after skiing all day! My only complaint, and it is not something that the owner can probably do anything about, was the internet. You could tell when the kids in the complex got home from school and people got home from work, because the net access slowed to a crawl, and continued that way through the evening. I had to do all of my work in the mornings to avoid that problem. Again, this was not that big of an issue for me, however, for others I could see it being a big problem. That being said, I would go back in an instant!! It was close enough to the Transit Station to ride the bus to the ski areas, and shopping for food, yet also very quiet! A great place to relax, enjoy the mountains, and just chill!

Cozy with everything we needed!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was tastefully decorated, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed from bottle opener to toaster and PLENTY of coffee filters. Word to the next folks, leave the filters at the store, they have you covered. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool, hot tub and sauna. The binder with things to do and delivery menus was a really nice touch and came in handy when we didn't feel like going out.

Treehouse Condo - no sleeping for me

The pictures of the condo accurately represent it. It had a nice layout, small kitchen and small living room area, and seating for 4 between the kitchen area and the living room area (all connected). The condo was very clean and functional. Everything seems to work, and the working fireplace was great to have after a day of skiing. The location is was good, but unfortunate that you have to backtrack down to Silverthorne so that you can head west on I-70 (no ones fault). We made the short walk to the recreation center, which was almost empty in the late afternoon, and the kids swam in the pool while we sat in one of the two hot tubs. The rec center was also clean and functional. The owner was responsive to texts during our stay, and very prompt with email communication leading up to our stay. We personally found the bed to be very firm so firm that a side sleeper could not sleep more than a hour a time, and the sleeper sofa was saggy and uncomfortable. After two relatively sleepless nights (all we booked) we were happy to return home to get some rest. Based on the bedding situation, and nothing else, we would not stay here again. The two star review is based on inability to sleep, and nothing else. But quality sleep is a paramount concern of a place to stay, especially when on vacation.

Ski Trip

We loved our stay in teh Treehouse apartments! We had 4 people fit comfortably on a ski trip. It is in a good spot for day trips to all the surrounding mountains and close to town as well. Loved the club house hot tubs and game room. The apartment itself is very comfrotable and nicely decorated / furnished. We had cozy fires each night after long days on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!
