2nd Floor - (1) king bed with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet; main living area with full dining area and large table, island bar, and fully-equipped kitchen. (1) half-bath. Front balcony accessed through main entrance. Rear deck access with hammock, outdoor dining space, and pellet grill.

3rd Floor - primary bedroom with king bed, couch, crib, work desk, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet; bunk bedroom with (1) full and (1) twin bed. Each room has a balcony. Washer/dryer, linen closet, and ironing board located on 3rd floor.
