Welcome to our charming and spacious retreat. Nestled in tranquil Idylwylde neighborhood, steps from Bonnie Doon Mall, and the new LRT station. Close to downtown, Whyte ave, and the Mill Creek Ravine. This inviting 3 bedroom, 3 ensuite-bath home offers comfort, style, and convenience.

Relax on the back patio with a barrel sauna, gas fire pit, sectional, and a Weber BBQ. Cook and entertain in the modern kitchen, enjoy the record player, board games, PS4, Guitar or TV.

No cleaning or service fees!

No shared spaces or interaction with hosts living in the separate entrance basement suite on the property.

Barrel sauna has a remote remote control panel in the mud room and can be started remotely. We will provided robes.

It is a modern Infill home, 1750sqft, 2 floors with front and back yard. On an inside corner of a mature large tree lined quiet neighborhood.

-7min drive to downtown by car, 3mins drive to Whyte Ave Restaurants.
-25mins Lime scooter (About $12) to downtown, 12min to Whythe Restaurants.
-7min walk to LRT station.

Bedrooms
1 King, 2 Queens.
All 3 bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms woth showers.
The 2 queen bedrooms are bathtub/ shower combo with good-sized closets in each.
The vaulted master bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in closet, TV, a work desk, and a chair.
The master ensuite has a stand-alone soaker tub, separate shower, heated floors, and color customizable pot lights.

Kitchen/ dining has a large quartz island, 6 person dining table, and half bathroom on the main floor.

Main floor laundry room with washer and dryer, hanging closet, folding table.

Living room has built-in speakers in the wall and ceiling for your entertainment.

The front of the house is west facing to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and the kitchen is east facing where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a sunrise.

Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

We offer a contactless check-in with a key pad entry from the main yellow door at the front of the house. Last 4 digits of your phone number.

Guests also have full backyard access.

The garage is locked off and private. However, guests have access to turn on and off the outdoor garage lighting/ patio lights for the backyard space.

Help or requests are available 24hrs a day, we are not a property management company. We are the house owners.

Located in Idylwylde neighborhood beside the Boonie Doon mall. There is a grass park 1 street over. Kids playground, and ice skaing rink on west side of neighborhood about 2 blocks away. Planet fitness gym, and Boonie Doon recreation center beside LRT station. Many things to do, close to cafe's and restaurants, the Mill Creek Ravine, and entertainment within minutes.

Within the Lime scooter boundary. There is plenty of street parking out front, and many bus stops nearby.

- When entering the house at night, please be quiet and be mindful of our neighbours.
- Guests cannot bring animals.
-Absolutley no parties.
-Turn the lights off when not in the house.
-Please take off your shoes inside.
- Please no smoking in the house. If you smoke, we are happy to provide an ashtray for you to smoke outside near the garage/ back alley. Please be courtious and quiet to not disturbe our neighbours. Ashtray must be used. Do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
-Please do not use towels or or face cloths for removing make up. Wipes are provided. Fees apply to stained towels where stains cannot be removed.
- Please do not leave windows open in winter for long periods of time.

Guests who break our house rules may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
