Retreat on the river

This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin.

Beautiful home for couples right on Rainbow River! The property was clean and cutely decorated with plenty working amenities. The float down to Swampy's was about 4 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Paradise on the Rainbow River

Perfect cottage for couples who are looking to relax. Beautiful views on the river. Great for paddling. Would stay again!

Quiet and Serene

This cottage is very well appointed with lots of upgrades. Whether you’re sitting on the comfortable porch or at the dock overlooking the river, you’re sure to feel completely relaxed. Great communication with the host made our Valentine’s Day stay so easy but we unfortunately had to leave a little early to tend to our pets at home. Definitely a place we’ll return in the future.

Cozy Rainbow River House

Everything was clean and as advertised!! Modern appliances. Excellent communication with Bill, the property manager. Only a 2 hour float to Swampy’s. The convenience of the dock on the river can’t be beat!! Thanks for a refreshing long weekend slice of Rainbow River paradise!!

Nice Place on the Rainbow River

The property it perfectly situated on the Rainbow River with a private dock and private access to the river. We could put our kayaks in right from the place. There are no houses across the river making the dock a nice shady peaceful place to spend the day and watch the river otters. The covered patio was a nice cozy place to drink morning coffee or take shelter from the afternoon rain. The cottage is clean, has nice kitchen appliances, and good A/C. The bed is a bit short, I believe it is a double bed, so may be a challenge for taller folks.

Perfect romantic getaway

We loved this cozy, peaceful property. The property and home exceeded our expectations. The hosts are wonderful. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Perfect!

While not the first time we have been to Rainbow River, this was the first time we decided to expand it past a day trip and stay for a long weekend. The cottage itself is as pictured, very clean, and very much up to date, and has newer high end appliances for cooking. It’s the perfect size for a couple. We found ourselves most of the time either sitting in the screened in patio or down on the dock. The property itself sits right on the river and we could get our kayaks easily into the river or just hang out in our floats. The dock is your own and itself was large enough where you could sit back under the shade trees or you could sit right out on the water and look up and down the river. Will definitely come visit again.

Absolutely beautiful

Sitting on the dock watching the otters and duck families was wonderful but so was paddle boarding to the Spring. All was wonderful including the host.
