The location was fantastic, so close to Nauset Beach we hit Nauset Farms for sandwiches on our way every day. We love movies and the TVs in the house were perfect at night to gather around and watch a good movie! Check in couldn't have been easier - quick instructions and easy entry. Truly had everything we needed.

Amazing location for getting around the Cape. The neighborhood is very quiet. the kitchen is fully equipped and outdoor grill works well. the beds are very comfortable.……………….- the house has a musty smell- the air conditioning units are unpleasantly loud and also give off musty odor - there was mold growing inside the washing machine Note: * It was very hot and humid during our stay.

Dated yet comfortable

The interior was clean but dated and the walls could use some fresh paint. The kitchen was well-equipped. Management responded quickly to assess the minor damages we found upon entering. Nothing to keep us from returning.The three a/c units worked well.

Cape Cod Oceanview Realty was wonderful to work with as far as booking and answering questions. The house was in Orleans and was a short drive to many places. The house could use some deep cleaning and some minor repairs. The kitchen needed cleaning especially in the drawers and cabinets and the dust behind the beds was thick. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were Kitchenaids. We enjoyed the area and appreciate working with CC Oceanview Realty.

Way overpriced for all the issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Notfreshly cleaned when arrived. It was abundantly clear that this house was not inspected for guest. Dirty walls, dusty furniture with dead bugs, cobwebs and spiders everywhere, dirty silverware, dishes and floors.Nonl running water in masterbath sink. Moldy shower curtains and master bath shower drain doesn't work. Needs updating. Not new to the cape or rentals so I know what to expect. Many windows have broken screens which makes getting without bugs is impossible. Front walkway to door is a trip hazard with bricks sticking up out of the ground. Nice property and area just needs some fixing up and better oversight. Especially for the 3k a wk charges!! I really he'd out right away as directed in check in instructions.

Great autumn stay in Orleans

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay in Orleans in October 2022. The house was well supplied with everything we needed and is located in a somewhat remote location which gave us privacy but is also close to Nauset Beach and Orleans Center. There was an issue with the tv’s not working due to a storm just before we got there but Berkshire Hathaway staff handled the problem well under the circumstances. The only recommendation we would suggest is that the real estate office check to make sure everything is working before it’s occupied. The electric outlet in the main bathroom didn’t work nor did the outside garage light and it was very dark walking in and out at night. Overall we were very pleased with the service from BH.
