Unavailable to Guests- the shed, an outdoor storage closet in the screened in lanai, a few cabinets in the master bathroom and one drawer & cabinet in the kitchen. All will be locked and labeled.

Availability of Host- Everyday of the week from 7am-10pm via app. In case of emergencies I can be on site within 24 hours.

The Town- Small, quiet and peaceful fishing town. The road along Ochlockonee Bay has a mix of long term residents and short term rentals.

The Location- Mashes Sands biking/walking path is located across the street from the property. You can drive, bike or walk the neighborhood safely.

Note-
The dock is shared with the neighbors in the pink house and they are allowed to access the dock at anytime. The boat lift is not available for guests to use. Please don’t touch or operate the boat lift, it belongs to the neighbors. You may dock your boat and tie up, but please be aware of the extreme fluctuations in tides at the property. If you have small children on the dock we highly recommend putting a life vest on him/her. They can be found hanging up in the patio area.
There are two outdoor security cameras installed: one overseeing the front entrance, and the other positioned to monitor the backyard and dock area. Neither camera is directed towards internal living spaces. Both cameras maintain continuous surveillance of guests.
No smoking indoors. Please smoke away from the house. No fireworks of any kind ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE DOCK.

The dock is shared with the neighbors in the pink house. They are allowed to access the dock at anytime. The boat lift belongs to the neighbors. Please DON'T touch or use it. It's not apart of the property or available for guests to use. We do offer two boat slips for guests, use of the dock and plenty of parking space for trailers. You can pull two boats up to the dock and tie on. Please be aware of the tides at the property, there are extreme fluctuations.

No parties, large gatherings or events. Primary renter needs to be at least 25 years of age or older to rent the property. Proof of ID will be required to stay before check-in.

The property has two exterior security cameras. One is facing the front entrance and the other the backyard and dock area. Both cameras are pointed outdoors and do not show any interior spaces. The cameras are continuously recording.
