Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Woodlands home. This house has free parking space and a heated pool to enjoy it during winter (spa's included but there is an additional charge for heated pool due to energy costs) 100% equipped and ready to become your home away from home. You’ll have this entire Woodlands home to yourself. Whether you are here for shopping, tourism or to visit one of the hospitals nearby, you’ll fall in love with this incredible house and the amenities provided.

The house is beautiful and super cozy, you will love it if you are traveling with infants we offer a portable crib and a baby chair on request.

The pool is heated and the spa area has bubbles. Spa heating is included in your reservation but if you want to have the pool heated it costs an extra $50 per day for heating.

You’ll have access to the entire house!

Residential quiet neighborhood

Super well located in the Woodlands, one of the most coveted areas of the state. About 40 minutes away from Houston and very close to Conroe Lake , 15 minutes away from the Woodlands Mall and Market St. where you can find fine dining and luxury stores, you will find plenty of parks, bike trails, preserves where you can be in touch with the nature . The house offers ample parking for your vehicles 2 inside of the garage 4 outside.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: Spa heating is included in your reservation price. If you want to enjoy the pool with heating let us know through the chat, the charge is 50USD per day heated due to increasing energy costs, thank you for your understanding.
