This special 100 year old building was built to recreate the famous NYC Flat Iron building in Manhattan. It was fully restored and renovated in 2024 and includes gated downtown parking. The exteriors historic beauty was preserved but the interior is 100% new! It captures the elegance and luxury of a high end Manhattan building while complimenting the historic charm on the outside. It is truly an incredible and unique guest experience in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga that can't be matched.

I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.

This luxury condo is located in arguably the best location in all of Chattanooga! There are amazing restaurants in almost any direction you walk and Gated parking is included with a dedicated spot. The area is very safe any time of day and anything down town Chattanooga is a stone throw away!

You will have access to the entire Condo other than a locked supply closet.

The gym is available 24/7 and there is a dedicated gated parking spot.

Gated parking is included with the unit and you will have 1 dedicated spot. There is free parking outside of the building if needed for an additional vehicle. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and everything downtown is a short distance away.

This condominium is located directly across the street from the Soldier and Sailors Memorial Theater.

Beautiful building and lovely condo, extremely clean and comfortable. Communication from host was outstanding. Parking spot is very convenient although very tight to navigate with a large car. Quiet neighborhood. Double sink in bathroom is fantastic to help expedite a couple getting ready. We will absolutely stay again.

Convenient, clean, and excellent location!Communication with the management company was very good. We seriously loved the location! There is a gym in the building, which was nice. Parking was very easy. We felt safe and secure. It's a lovely building. There are several good restaurants you can walk to easily. There were just a few things we would suggest:1. The kitchen is not stocked well at all. If you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own supplies, like a large pot, large bowls, a sponge, etc. 2. There are no privacy shades in the kitchen, so at night, we felt kind of exposed walking around in the kitchen. 3. There is a bright street lamp near the bedroom window. They have a good set of blinds, but coming from someone who likes total darkness while sleeping, it wasn't enough.Otherwise, we recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was great! We especially liked the location in downtown Chattanooga, perfect spot if you are spending time close in town. We liked the garage, it was so nice to have peace of mind your vehicle was secure. Every thing in the condo was so smart and functional. The host was very responsive to any questions or whatever. We highly recommend this VRBO!

The perfect location for a Downtown Chattanooga trip. Within walking distance to everything! The set up is beautiful, well organized, and clean. The parking was incredibly convenient as well. Would highly recommend!

This property was spotlessly clean, in a wonderful building, and in a perfect location within walking distance of most downtown sites of interest. The rating would have been 5 stars but for the fact that, although I arranged for a 1:00 PM checkout that the owner agreed to in writing, I was locked out when I returned to the unit at noon on the day of departure. Unfortunately, my cell phone was locked in the unit so I had to rely on a kind business down the street that allowed me to use their phone to call my wife at home to contact the owner by email on my home computer, to straighten this out. Otherwise, this is a 5-star rental.

Great little spot!

We really enjoyed this adorable little apartment for a mid week couples getaway. It was clean and spacious. Coffee supplies were provided, which is always appreciated. The building itself is very cool. We were told it’s one of the oldest in Chattanooga, but has obviously been updated. The parking is covered and secured by fencing. The area was very safe and walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. Being used to a king sized bed, that felt small, but really no complaints. We would definitely go back.

Very Nice

I had a few problems entering the apartment but the manager was very helpful. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed for just the 2 of us. I would recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Great location

Everything was wonderful. We were a little out of the way from all the hustle and bustle of Downtown, whilst still being downtown. We had a great time and will revisit again in the future.
